Few years back they were good...had variety and staff was very polite and used to show different patterns and material. But nowadays days they are earning too much that they dont attend customers properly...i did my last shopping here recently September 2021.a dn it would be last one. I prefer fixed rates shops in bhandup west, they have too much variety and staff is very polite and cooperative.

Worst product and dont rely on their brand. Product is costly and salesman lies. I bought 1700 rs saree , they lied saying its lakshmipati saaree whereas it was local brand and saree color washed away within 2 weeks. Dont buy from such shops , my experience is very very bad.

They have good variety of saari no doubt.. Quality of saaries are upto the Mark. But sales person there will not entertain you after showing 10 saaries and forced you to buy in that between 10 saaries. You cant forced customers to buy saaries even if they dont want.

Due to lockdown there was no rush in Shop. After showing 10-15 sarees, they stopped showing more and tried to force to buy. Behaviour of sales person was very bad. Felt insulted.

Located very near (5 min walking) from Thane station.Huge range is available starting from ₹ 200 to the maximum.All varieties are available Traditional, Modern, Fancy, Designer.Staff is very good with great patience as someone takes 5 minutes and someone takes 5 hrs. You just have to tell them your budget and type of saree.After sales support is also good.

The collection of sarees is very nice 👍🏻 But the customer care service should be improved.its not their fault, MTNL should have come to repair their landline number. Dear MTNL, please come and resolve the issue so that we can not frustrate by calling many times in a single day.Please reply if you guys facing the same issue so that this can be addressed as soon as possible. I have observed weird behaviour of sales person. Me and my little sister went their to buy paithani. As it wasnt authentic and colour also somehow full and we didnt like that.Sales person was behaving very nice in start , they asked us whats ur profession ? And other family questions. As he comes to know we both are earner. When we decide not to buy from here and take look somewhere else. That moment sales person behaviour get changed. He pressurised us to purchase, tone was like insulting somehow. When we wish to leave from their it was weird.I understand that thats their work but it wasnt right way.We finally purchase authentic original pure silk paithani in good budget in Dadar .As a customer dont fall in trap of sales person.

Diwali-2020, after a long covid-19 trouble, decided to enjoy some shopping for diwali celebration. Pre-booked a saree at Rangoli Thane and was told that being delicate it takes minimum 3 working days for polishing etc to make it perfect.Collected the saree after 4 days and observed 2 clear damages. Rangoli refused to return money and instead promised that exactly same saree with full finishing will be home delivered by 10:30 PM same day....which obviously didnt happen.Now i received replacement on 2nd day of diwali, in incomplete state and we are suggested to return it to shop for pending work after diwali.Now you as a customer, help me to understand, what you people would do if you are at my place.I lost trust from this brand. No quality control and no trustworthiness. It is your choice/decision now. Just be careful if you still wish to go ahead with Rangoli Thane when there are more reliable brands around.How a brand like Rangoli has no quality control??All the best & Happy Diwali...!!Update on response from shop....Dec 27th, 2020Covid situation is very well known and the same thing i had mentioned to your staff that they can not deliver the replacement and are overcommitting. Still Mr Karthik strongly insisted me and my wife to trust on Rangoli as he was very sure that it will be done. Was he not aware on the limitations you are justifying now? The overall plan to make it happen completely failed as expected making me and family frustrated on Diwali. I am sure your staff did this to avoid refund of money which was much easy and comfortable solution for a defective product but you didnt want to go with.Do you still think anyone in my place will step-in again to Rangoli? Thane is full of variety of shops -just customers need to look around.

Rangoli Sarees in Thane, the shop has 3 floors, at the ground floor ull find sarees below 2k, on first floor above 2k and on second floor above 10k likewise. Scheme is there like if you purchase for 15k than ull get 1.5k saree free.It is at walkable distance from Thane railway station.

Amazing clothes at the best price. I felt love at first sight with my wedding lengha and bought it in first go. It was worth the price too. Also the quality was good. They also delivered the lengha on the informed time of delivery, no delay at all.... They are going extra miles to provide service to their customers during lockdown too. I went along with my friend to buy saree for aunt, it was one day before Diwali. We being boys didnt know much about sarees, the staff who attended us was very helpful & showed us all the variety he had even after knowing that we were going to buy only one. Whereas before Rangoli sarees we went to Nagrik, the staff there showed us only one saree & when we asked for more... He rudely asked us if we were serious about buying.
