I visited this cafè today and had to wait for more than one hour after ordering for grilled fish. All other items were served baring grilled fish. It was absolutely negligence on their part to have forgotten the item. Mind it, the rush was minimal because of Covid restrictions. I would request the management of the cafe to train their staff in a better way.

Aromas is one of the unique coffee outlet at Viviana mall. A bit open to surrounding and good view from all the sides. Ambience is very much appealing. A good place to have a cup of coffee. They also serve variety of food items like pizza, pasta etc. And the desserts like Tiramisu. However availability of desserts needs a prior check. The food is awesome.The place is small but beautiful.

You know it already that the mood is going to be refreshed with luscious food whenever Aromas cafe comes into our mind.We were having a casual visit in Viviana mall for shopping and after the session was completed we end up visiting the irresistible Aromas Cafe.The Ambience was very calm and soothing and we were welcomed very warmlyWe ordered 2 beverage - French Vanilla and Ice dark forest Mocha. Both of them had an amazing taste and were presented very delightfully.For appetizers we had Creole potatoes and as the name suggests it was just potatoes but was made with a bunch of flavours and ingredients which were very balancing the whole dish very neatly.For mains we had Open corn and cheese sandwich and Aromas delight pizza. Both the dishes were having a hurricane of flavours and were presented quite amazingly. My personal favourite was the Open Corn and cheese sandwich as it was very tender and juicy enough to be on anybodys favourite spot.We had an amazing time being in Aromas Cafe and I can easily recommend you to give this place a visit

Aromas Cafe located 2nd floor at Viviana Mall , is one fine cafe to spend cozy time with your family and loved ones, coffee joint with nice breakfast menu with cute and comfortable seating area. We had one normal cappuccino which was perfectly blended and was very strong the way I had told them to make, thier Cold Mocha too was amazing which was strong and tasty. Slider food menu also is worth trying like thier pasta is delicious, staff is courteous and with lovely ambience .

Perfect place to visit with your partner! Must try affogato, its a dish which makes the Espresso shot tastier with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The view outside is good. Even the service is quick and theres always someone to attend to you. I would highly recommend it rather than the food court if youre a couple

I visited the one in Viviana Mall Thane. It has a good ambience and service is good enough. Coffee was good. We ordered doughnuts but they dint had (may just on that day). Price wise slightly on higher side. Overall its good place to have a quick coffee.

This is my favourite place to eat with friends or even along while relaxing. Just had mud cake there. Awesome. Their nachos are my favourite.

Rude behavior and service of waiters.My friend and I decided to eat here. We asked one of the staff members if a table for two was available at the moment. The staff said no table is available so we will have to wait for 5-10 minutes for the table. To kill those 5 minutes my friend and I went to a restaurant close to aromas to check out the menu. We had no intentions of eating at a different restaurant. We came back in less than 5 minutes. The staff member comes up to us saying the table was available but we gave it to someone else because you went to the other restaurant (dont want to mention the other restaurant). The tone of that staff member was very rude and the behavior was absolutely pathetic. I personally hate when a particular restaurant has bad service/rude waiters. I dont think Im ever coming here nor I would recommend anyone to come here.

After walking for, who knows how many kilometers in Viviana mall, one tends to get headache and be thirsty. We chose to sit here and rest for a while. We had one Americano and Peach Iced Tea. While the tea and coffee was excellent and delicious, we did not like one of the staff who was extra curious about why are we asking for a spoon and what are we using that for. He was brazen enough to stand behind our seat and watch. Apart from this guy, we liked everything - the ambience, the other guys who waited our table and the guy on the counter. We would certainly not visit this place again though, thats for sure.

It has a nice planning.As their Australian food fest is going on, we tried the Australian cuisine.They had chilled beverages and I hadIced latte - Nice plain Latte. I added some sugar and then it was perfect.For starters -Aussie Shrimp tacos - Creamy and Yummy tacos. Loved them. Highly recommended.Smoke salmon and edamame on Crispy potatoes - Salmon tossed in a cream was presented on crispy potatoes.Chicken Schnitzel on Fettuccini - Fried crispy chicken was served with white sauce pasta. We visited the Viviana mall outlet recently to try on their Australian special menu which features best selling dishes from Aromas Cafe , Australia.We tried spiced lamb and feta bruschetta: Minced lamb in medium spicy gravy served bruschetta style and topped with feta cheese. Delicious and beautifully presentedSmoked salmon, coper and fried onion sandwich: A decent thick slice of fresh salmon, smoked to perfection. The sandwich had delicious filling of fried onions which had a perfect authentic taste and aroma to have along with sides served- fries and lettuce. Must try. No wonder this is one of the best selling dishesBlack fried rice with prawns curry: sometimes it surprise us that a cafe serves prawn curry which is way better and tastier than curries you get at any other Indian cuisine restaurant. The rice was perfectly cooked had a mixture of both white rice and black rice and the half bowl with medium sized prawns. One dish that I will visit again to devour!!!!Lamington pastry: it is a famous Australian dessert made from butter cake coated with chocolate and sprinkled with desiccated coconut. It has a distinctive texture and it was yummmmm !!!!These were the special highlights from Australian menu. Moreover they have a full extensive menu of regular dishes which definitely looked delicious.We tried Nutella coffee and ice dark forest mocha. Nutella coffee was presented so well that you will think shall I disturb the presentation. Forest mocha was a bit sweet but the vanilla cream added the pleasure.The staff is amazing here. They assist you well with the dishes , it becomes easy to decide what to order. So finally got the chance to visit the most amazing place of Viviana mall.The ambiance is great and the staff is overwhelmed.So we started with★ Cold coffee - I was good. I always love the cold coffee.★★ Caramel Biscotti Shake - Wow !! It amazed me. Love the richness in shake. The slight caramel taste was fabulous. I really really liked this one.Then we ordered some,★Crunchy Chicken Stripes - The boneless chicken Stripes with crunchy coating was perfect starter for a perfect dinner.★ BBQ Chicken pizza - its my kinda pizza, with thin crust base. Totally awesome.Then comes,★★ Black Fried Rice with Curried Chicken - So this dish belong to their new menu i.e Australia Food Fest.This dish originally contains prawns curry, however I asked the chef to make it with chicken, and he was more than happy to serve us.So coming to the dish it has black Fried rice which is very healthy served Madras curry with juicy chicken and bell peppers. The taste was exceptional. The combination of the rice with the was soothing. I will recommend this to everyone.The Dessert comes to the table,and we selected★ Pop Cakes - A cake in a form of lollypop with lots of colour toppings on it. It was good.★★ Pavlova - Again it was a part of Australia Food Fest. This was something new which I never tried before. It has crunchy base, White in colour and sweet in taste. We can like batashaa in Indian language. Good ambiance, peaceful can have a conversation with your friends partner without any distraction. Only problem is the place I always wanted to sit is reserved whole of the time. The only complaint I have rest food is delicious can try any. Weekend this cafe is mostly full because sitting are limited.

Worst experience slow service and not good food😑 got spaghetti but the veggies were not cooked well and no salt no taste at all and also delayed about 30 minutes I don’t know what were they doing. Disappointed never visiting again wasted my 1hr!! Suggest you to don’t go!!!

Aromas is located on the second floor near the food court.They have good variety of french fries,salads,sandwiches and many more.The french fries are served hot with tomato sauce.It has okay taste and are crispy.The ambience of the restuarant is very nice with a window facing dining area.The staff are very nice in behaviour and are attentive and very cordial.The service that one get is slow but good at the sametime.

Located on the second floor, this cafe is an easy find owing to its lush wooden appearance. They have the couch seating as well as normal chair seating along with some antique wooden interiors and lighting. The ambience is therefore great and one can expect to have a comfortable and relaxed time over here. Tried the following items🔸Nutella hot chocolate - It was a rich and smooth hot chocolate drink consisting of almonds, milk and melted Nutella. Absolutely loved the drink.🔸Cold coffee - A classic Chilling and refreshing coffee with a perfect dose of coffee. This was also prepared with perfection.🔸Crunchy chicken strips - Moist and crispy fried tender chicken with honey mustard mayo. Fresh chicken went well with the mayo!🔸Mudcake - A deliciously moist and rich chocolate cake with creamy ganache filling. Served hot, this one is divine for all the chocolate lovers out there !Had a wonderful experience at this cafe. The Food Was Ok.We took the grilled chicken (starters) the green chutney which was marinated on that was nit grilled as said on the menu.Had very high expectations with them .The staff was also not that much welcoming when compared to poptates, jugheads etc.Pathetic .

This is a great place to have a cup of quality piping hot coffee with your loved ones. Presently, the only café located closest to Cinepolis multiplex which further adds to your convenience of having a coffee or grabbing a quick bite before or after enjoying your favourite latest movie. The overall service provided was simply amazing and my soy milk cappuccino as usual was prepared to perfection, thanks to the cafe manager Mr. Arvind who always ensures you have a best possible visit experience being customer friendly, informative, service oriented and with his positive attitude. Seating here is limited, but ambiance here is really good and nicely spread out where one can have positive vibes that really sets this one apart from any other CCD in the vicinity. Cost wise, its totally worth it and ease of payments with wide range of options adds to the cherry on the cake. Theyve also began offering their cappuccino in two more options which are soy milk and coconut milk, a boon for those who really need it. Absolutely pleasing to be at Aromas Cafe everytime!The menu is quite extensive, lot of Vegetarian as well as Non Vegetarian options to choose from.A visit to Aromas Cafe during the mango festival is a MUST! 💕• The mango chia seed pudding was the BOMB! The mixed textures in the dish are truly delightful. Crunch of the chia seeds, smooth mango pudding with perfectly ripe Alphonso mango pieces. Well done.• Woodcutters pizza was exceptionally good, spinach goes really well with jalapenos and thin crust was perfect.• Chicken strips were a little high on salt but taste great with the mustard sauce.• Lemon chicken has an achari twist to it and is sweet and spicy at the same time, filling for one. Can be shared between two people as a main course.• Carrot walnut cake should instead be served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and to do justice to the dry fruit and spongy cake.• Jalapeno cheese nuggets - decent, ordinary.• Mushrooms on toast - again a very well done dish. Bread was toasted to perfection and super awesome alfredo-like mushrooms served on top. Pretty nice.• Peppered cottage cheese steak - Oriental, delicious and fresh. Totally recommend this!Cold coffee is ordinary, Berry smoothie (strawberry) is nice, refreshing, Mango iced tea is not that great - strong rosemary notes, Mango cheesecake again is normal - not bad, Nutella coffee - doesnt mix well and tastes almost like Cafe mocha, Grilled chicken skewers - dry, do not recommend.

This is in Viviana mall is just awesome. Have been visiting it for years now and my all time favorite dish here is the creamy garlic mushroom.This is a must try for all the mushroom lovers. Dont know how they manage to keep up the same taste for this dish through the years. I guess thats what keeps me going to go to this place again and again.

This one is located on the 2nd floor of the Viviana mall and actually is an outlet or a kiosk as we say but it has been converted into a small restaurant with limited seating arrangement in the space they have.Now we already had our food when we reached here but we were eager to try something from here so we just thought why not try a chocolate brownie as a dessert to complete our food. So we ordered a chocolate brownie. I must say it is a bit on the costlier side but the taste and the quality is so good that it is totally worth the money.The chocolate brownie was one of the finest I have ever eaten and you could literally feel it melting in your mouth while eating. And the warm taste of all the chocolate in the brownie was simply amazing. I must say we were really impressed while just tasting the brownie and would be surely coming back to taste other items on their menu such as those pizzas and pasta. A truly delightful experience.

It was a good option for breakfast but know chef changed many preparations quite disappointed. In Thane we have less options for breakfast reason why Aroma will servive.Management should focus on food quality and portion size.

The service can be improved much.Coming to food we had -Dark forest mochaIt was presented beautifully and tasted just fabulous.Ambrosia trayThis is heaven for cold coffee lovers. It contains 6 shot glasses with variety of flavours.Korean potatoesThis was okay as I found it to be a bit bland.Cajun onion ringsThe rings were perfectly crispy and I loved them.Jalapeno cheese nuggetsThese were so good with the goodness of cheese n bits of jalapenos giving it much required spice.Peppered Cottage cheese steakA huge chunk of paneer fried with garlic n other spices was served with stir fried exotic veggies and a sauce. The sauce was highlight of the dish and it tasted just awesome.Tomato n cream cheese risottoIt was a bit tangy and had veggies like zucchini in it. It was very nicely made.Nutella hot chocolateThis was so good. Hot milk was served with Nutella candy and we had to create our own hot chocolate by dipping the candy into the milk.Mud cakeThis was sinfully rich n gooey chocolate cake. Best way to end a scrumptious meal.
