Overly priced and horrible fitting. They dont know what a design is. Pl save yourself all the trouble and go instead of ready made from Kalki or Dress line.

Visited the Boutique at Hiranandani for the 1st time and had a great impression the way the interaction went, only to be frustrated later. Had given 2 materials for stitching for the upcoming Diwali. First of all they could not keep up with the committed date, moreover to my surprise the tailor cut off the Chanderi silk border while stitching, also the fitting was bad. Later they convinced me that they would alter the kurti but again could not keep up with the dates. Frustrated yesterday I went to the shop to pick up my materials back, the wrong fitted kurti and the other one in which only the cutting was done still, despite the dates given. The owner didnt bother to respond or prioritize or apologize and returned my materials which are a waste now. I was a new customer for them and this is how is their customer service. I think they are more focused on their existing customers. So guys at your own risk, if you are going to be their first time customer. No responsibility taken for deficiency of service. Dont go by their sweet talks n commitments. Save yourself.
