This is a very good cycle store in Thane near Hiranandani estate. The salesman and owner were very polite and patient in explaining and demonstrating the different types of cycle. I brought a 26T Alexa Oxygen cycle for my 8 year old daughter (4.5ft) which my wife (5.2 ft) also is able to ride. The cycle is of good strength and driving is also comfortable due to its low frame and light weight. I was also given a good discount on the cycle and the price was on par with what you would get online. But I would recommend this shop strongly for its good diverse options, cost and the feel of buying from a brick and mortar shop so you can verify the height, build quality first hand before purchasing.

I bought a Kross Eco (non-gear) bicycle from here on 2nd June and riding it has been a smooth experience so far. The staff and the technicians are helpful. They have most accessories which youll ever need for your bicycle and at a reasonable cost (slightly more than what youll find online, but thats bound to be there since this is an offline store).

This is one stop shop for cycles, they have all the collections of 91 cycles and provided good price for me. He has also provided accessories with reasonable price. One thing I liked is they packed by themselves and delivered via rikshaw.

Good varieties to choose cycles. However, they can display cycles from all ranges as selling only premium brands would limit the option for the buyers. They do very well service . they have many discount offers as well .and they properly guide . as i told them to change my brake pad they have added the cost to bill , after service they told me the pads are functionable so they removed the cost of it from bill, MEANS THEY DO NOT CHEAT AND SERVICE THE BIKES SINCERLY

Quality of cycles was good compared to other cycle outlets available in Thane (Ryders, cycle stations etc.). Many unknown and known brands are available here. Services - I got my Scott Metrix 10 serviced from The Cycle Wala. They did a pretty decent job in servicing and repairing a few parts.Though it was little expensive but definitely they fixed it right.Sales - Have purchased a few accessories for my bike. Apparently they have a good collection of entry level bikes in Montra,Ninetyone and many more brands.Both the owners Amit Ji and Aman are soft spoken and customer oriented so as their team.Kudos!

Decent size shop with good variety of cycles but mostly on higher side. Seller did not seem to have much idea on cycling besides suggesting what’s in your budget range so better you have idea of cycle when you purchase. Quality of accessories is extremely poor so better buy them from another store with better quality.

Within 30mins I was done with my purchase of Skyanc with 21 gears, front & back disk break, front shockup with locking mechanism, dual rim & aloy frame. That to a very reasonable price. I brought a cycle from them 1 yr ago and it turned to be an amazing experience but when I gave them for servicing the cycle whey returned it without any servicing done so I didnt took the delivery and told them to service it properly as the brakes wasnt working nor the gears . Been there to get my Sons cycle serviced. It was in a bad condition but after servicing and repairs it seemed like I again bought a new cycle. The staff and the official is very courteous and even accept bargaining deals we want to strike. You can buy new cycles here.....but for service, do not go, I wanted to get my cycle rod extended, they told me to change the rod, I got it changed from them, but the rod they used was probably made in china, It did not even work for a day, The pathetic quality rod literally bended, and now I fell down, when I went back to the shop, they did not give attention on this, they told nothing can be done....now I feel I have wasted my money, If possible, I would give them -5 rating..
