Housed in Viviania Mall, Thane Forest Essentials provides Good service, top of the line albeit expensive products.

Good products but very bad customer service. Looks like they are given target and just trying to sell somehow with understanding the customer. I had to remind the guy 3-4 time that my skin is super dry. I asked for a small bottle of facewash and he denied saying in stores we dont get smaller packaging. I said I want to try smaller first as my skin is super sensitive but he said its not available. I told him then I will buy from Nykaa and later when I was billing for other products I bought, he gave me a smaller bottle which he took out from the cupboard right in front without any efforts to look for it. I wanted to just walk out of the store right then but I needed the products so I just got it billed and came. I dont think I will be visiting the store now atleast the Viviana one. Buying from Nykaa is much convenient.

I visited the store during Jan 2020,and I was assisted by Ram Gopal at the forest essential representative,I am thankful for the guided assistance as I bought the multani face wash.I am really happy that it helped me throughout during pandemic.. Thanks for the best products in the beauty industry. I recommend everyone to visit once for their skin concerns.

Beautiful smelling natural products, good service by staff. They are helpful, polite and help you to choose well from their range.

Place is good , product range is also good but the female staff was not so courteous. I shop from various forest essentials shops always had pleasant experience with staff courtesy .but at viviana mall the female staff was not upto the class of a luxury products. Dumb and dominating .
