Very nice experience and prompt services regarding reports on mail/msg. They are very caring.

I want to give review of new suburban diagnositics at kasarvadvali.Untrained staff.Server was down and still they collected samples of all patients.the sister who was taking blood was not bothered about what happens to patient.All samples were just named and imagine it is collection center.how can you trust their report.My whole abdomen sonography was done by dr who doesnt even know how to do it .Report of all is given randomly.no parameters in report.even for blood report average values are given.when we called customer care they said other deptt will take care of ur complaint.With highest rate of testing such a service.Should have some shame.

Worst diagnostic centre. They work with so irresponsible employees. I was supposed to undergo my knee surgery for which I required covid test as per hospitals policy. I had booked covid test with subarban but even after prior request for early report they did not give my swab for processing for 2 days. It was my mistake to book test from them which caused me delay in my surgery.

Pathetic....there is no clear communication.....had to wait a really log time for the reports only to find out that we need to give the sample again.....that too when we approached them. After which they blamed each other then proceeded to blame us.....finally no one is held accountable. The reasons given for no reports were as that the sample was insufficient, there may be an abnormality (even more of a reason to let the patient know) I would suggest you go to any local centers.

Pl do not do your blood test from this center. They are cheaters....False commitments....
