Malvani food has always been our favourite. Recently discovered this hidden gem in Thane. They undoubtedly serve the best Malvani food! We tried the Prawns Koliwada for starters. It was so good. Super well flavoured and cooked.For main course, we tried their Special Mutton Thali and Special Fish Thali. The portions are extraordinarily huge! Absolute value for money. And the taste, it was so damn good. The seafood meat was so fresh. It definitely added up to the amazing flavours. The gravy both for Mutton and Seafood is very delicious and gives you the authentic Malvan flavour!The place has a very homely ambience. Very comfortable and perfectly fit for a family outing.Definitely going back to try more items from their menu.

Food is like any other regular fish restaurant ... Ambience is not pleasant at all...will not visit again

This is one of the best places to have Konkani food in Thane. I ordered Chana Garlic Koliwada for starter and asked them to prepare it less spicy. The staff was humble enough to do so. It was really delicious served along with a green chutney.For main course i had Veg Special Thali and Prawns thali. Both the thalis were very filling and a complete value for money.The food was freshly prepared and could be made out in every bite.I would highly recommend this place if you are craving for Authentic Konkani Food.

We had dinner here ordered chicken and jowar bhakri which was hard and had to return it back. The food was not that tasty and would not recommend for malvani food too. I have had malvani food in many restaurants which is authentic malvani food.It was not at all worthy

We went on new years day so was super crowded. Its a tiny place.. But i loved the ambience. Beautiful decor.. They r know for their fish thali so tried it.. The salt was a little less to my liking... But the taste was awesome.. My family being seafood lovers throughly enjoyed it. A must visit place for all sea food lovers.

So, the ambience is good. They were playing some old Marathi songs and the hospitality was also good. And yes, they were judgmental as well. We had ordered surmai thali and egg fried rice. The fish was half cooked. Curries were okay. Egg fried rice was also okay. Overall, it was not at all worth.

Tasty seafood and chicken cuisine.. located in the Hiranandani Meadows circle.. backdrop music is entirely marathi folk songs.. all in all a good time spent at the restaurant.. though I have to admit the pomfret in the thali can taste a lil better..

We visited this place based on ratings and it came out to be very satisfying as far food quality is concerned. We tried special fish thali and paya soup. Both were amazing must try. Seafood lovers...do try u will be amazed!!!

Best place for the Malwani food located in the prime locality. Tasted more like Home cooked food. Rates are even affordable.

Food has close to authentic konkan cuisine taste. I rate them High on this point. Potion is also adequate.However the service was slow.Need to maintain good hygiene and cleanliness. It is not bad, but there is scope for improvement.

Good Ambiance & Authentic Malvan & Kokan Sea food

I tried some of their dishes from the Maharashtrian cuisine category and found them to be pretty okayish. The Seer fish (Surmai) was totally bland. The service can be a bit more speedy. Theyve tried to give you the feel of dining in a Kokani house. Would like to try some of their other items one day.

Its the gem of Malvani food. The pure authentic texture with taste for a seafood lover. Its fresh and properly marinated to bring the exact flavour you need to make it feel good.We had a Surmai Thali and Prawns Thali.Its Recommend to eat! You will enjoy and visit again sure.

Good for the people who doesnt aware about authentic kokani seafood taste....I had ordered bombil thali...they had served deep fried 4 boblil tiny peices which look like prawn fry..so tiny...that we had to order one more seperate dish of only fish fry...that also not marinated well...we saw 4 n 1/2 star n we went....but totally disappointed...I feel if ppl are charging well its there ethical responsibility to serve tasty food.

Loved the Non Veg Fish Platter & the fried Surmai , even the Chicken dish was delicious , Both fish & Chicken were fresh & the kombdi vade were large & full of flavour , only drawbacks were the slow service & the hotel is a bit small . However Value for Money is guaranteed 👍

Absolutely tasty and mouthwatering. Thalis are tasty filling and have adequate proportions. I have also ordered from this place and I was amazed by the huge quantity I received, needless to say, the taste and quality were as I had wished for. Prawns Koliwada, Surmai fry are tempting and desirable.

Great sea food, though i didnt particularly like their bhakris. Maybe because it was not hot. Solkhadi pretty good and spicy not for those who cant handle spice, though my seven year old had second serving wouldnt suggest it to people who are sensitive to spice in their food

The authenticity of the menu is arguable but taste and ambience of the place is good nevertheless.

Decent seafood taste. Went with family. So ordered 4 thaalis for convenience - Pomfret, Surmai, Bombil and Prawns thaali with Vade. The vade were top notch and made just right. Just one remark - food can be made more spicy. And yes, nice ambience. Happy to see a good Malvani restaurant in the area 👍
