Pathetic branch, no one is willing to help . They just waste your time , they dont have any knowledge and poor service ever. Unexpected at least from Axis bank.

Need only incoming money... never help customer in urgency.... without any intimation blocking account but ready to receive money in their account.... 1 Star is mandatory ........fake ... I am givivng -100 points

Very poor customer care service. My netsecure OTP is not arriving in my REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER. And guess what?! none of the options offer me this issue. They are asking me for credit card options and scores of other options which are useless for me in this occassion. And moreover none of the options take me to any executive (a real one with flesh and blood) who can help me out with this problem. NOne of the branches have any number that can receive any response. The numbers are just for show that keeps ringing.The upshot is whenever you have any issue remember to start a new bank account or a new deposit plan and scores of helpline will sprout for you. That is the sole way of getting help form Axis Bank.
