Decent food quality & taste. Was a regular customer for 3 years straight until they had to mess it up real bad. Earlier staff was very cooperative & provided great assistance. Now the staff is too dull & makes the place boring even to visit. Cant communicate with customers upto to satisfactory level. Not the service i expect for the money i shell out for. Not visiting again.

Cupcake made of choclate and choclate chips topped with choclate cream.3 24 Layer cakeThis is a monster of a cake and as you rightly imagined the cake looks exactly the same.Made of choclate and grated choclate this is truly a delightful dish. Always take a person along to help you complete because its not easy for 1 single person to finish this.4 Netulla ShakeAs they say good things come at the end , this was the last dish i tried and it was the best. Cupcake blended with ice cream and then topped with wipped cream its true a great dish to try in deserts.Note : All the dishes and are made with unique process and are passed through more than 100 tests before being served to customer. I used to love this place before lockdown and ate here very often. However, after the lockdown I feel that they are just working on cutting costs and making maximum profit and theres nothing wrong with thatbut they are fooling their customers for the sake of it!Ordered a Nutella cake which I love and I am well aware of how it tastes.This time they had replaced Nutella layering with normal chocolate ganache due to which it tasted really bitter which is never the case with Nutella.Also because of this the color of the cake was dark brown instead of light brown (color of nutella).Would have never paid 800+ taxes for an ordinary 0.5kg chocolate cake!Highly disappointed with them!Never ordering again!

A very warm welcome by the staff... Had a variety of desserts to try in here... We tried the chocolate cake jar which had multiple flavours in it, loved the presentation and the taste. A lot of good varieties to munch in. Very much satisfied.

The bestest dessert shop in my vicinity ❤️ tried the famous 24 layer cake pastry and it was heavennnnnnnnn ! Purely heaven ! I’m hardcore TBC fan for sure after trying all the Macarons 😍 . Lovvvved it ! Except the price part i didnt find any flaws ! Lil overpriced. Overall it was awesome ❤️

After the cup-roaring success at their flagship store at Lokhandwala , The Boston Cupcakery (TBC) quietly launched their second outlet at Viviana (now total 3 outlets) in 2016.So whats Boston has to do with these cupcakes? Well apparently they are made in the traditional all American style as instructed by the International celebrity Chef Eric Larsen.These cupcakes are more dense and richer in texture than their European counterparts which is possible only by adding more egg yolks but Eric Larsen managed to achieve the feat in eggless varieties (after more than a year of research n testing ).So initially TBC only had eggless cupcakes but now they have also introduced some variations with eggs along with brownies n macaroons.This store has no sitting and is basically a takeaway outlet with a lovely display and lighting which creates a warm welcoming ambiance.The cupcakes themselves are one of the very best that money can buy and can easily rival any gourmet patisserie.The quality control is super fine and when they started out some of the ingredients used were imported directly like from Europe (sugar n confetti) or Ghana (cocoa).Special mention has to be made for the cream frosting of each cupcake which was created specifically for TBC by the Chef as a unique creation.If you notice carefully every cupcake has a subtle variation in the taste of their frosting which very few other pastry stores offer.Boston Red Velvet: this is not your run of the mill red velvet, its dense but spongy, sweet but not sugary. The frosting has a hint of salt which gives an amazing savoury touch and well balances the sweetness.Ferrero Rocher: this is probably the weakest in terms of taste. The frosting is bland and the only good thing about this is the soft Ferrero Rocher nugget in the centre.Gooey Chocolate: this feels like a small piece of pastry heaven ! Its soft, moist and not too chocolaty even though it has a soft centre oozing with choco lava.The frosting has a hint of saltiness and as salt n chocolate compliment each other very well this combination just makes you want more !Nutella: one of the very best of the lot ! The moist n soft Nutella centre combined with the dense sponge n cream frosting create a sensory feeling that is unbelievable n decadent !The frosting has a delicate line of chocolate running over it.Neopolitan: this has dominant strawberry/Raspberry flavor with same frosting. The soft center has tangy strawberry compote which is the only good thing about this cupcake.If you like thick shakes then for a change try their cupcake milkshakes where your favourite variety can be had in a creamy frothy beverage form.Icecreams n cupcakes ! This fun combo is good to try with three flavours of Icecreams in chocolate, butterscotch and strawberry.Have tried the Red Velvet n Butterscotch duet with chocolate syrup thrown in between. Its a nice concept except that overall due to the syrup it becomes bit too sugary.The quantity is quite nice but the presentation in a disposable paper cup is a let down compared to what they give at Lokhandwala outlet (in a porcelain cup).The cupcakes are displayed on rotation basis and fresh batch arrives almost everyday a fact which is evident from the moist n soft texture of the products.Also the butter paper comes off easily without sticking only when a cupcake is fresh and the balance of ingredients is perfect, a simple neat trick as told by chef Gordon Ramsay on Masterchef.The menu has been expanded considerably to include fresh waffles (sweet n savory), salads and other savory snacks.Boston Paneer Pie: this is like a calzone pocket with flavorsome filling of savory veggies n soft paneer, the cover is soft n not too doughy.Although some items on the menu like coffee are not yet available at this particular outlet.And the service here has so far been warm n helpful (unlike their other outlets where there have been complaints).

Very fresh and delicious cupcakes and rich choclate

We had pastries, cupcakes and macaroons here. And loved each item!! The Apple cinnamon cupcake was filled with apple pieces in the centre, and their homemade cream is fresh and tasty! The macaroons were flavourful and left us wanting for more. The staff were kind and hospitable. There is a little eating space which allows one to eat inside the store. There is also an option to takeaway and eat in the food court if not elsewhere. Id rate this place 6/5 if I could!

This is a cute place serving all kinds of delicious desserts. They have wide variety of cakes, cupcakes, brownies, well cakes and macaroons.We had marshmallow brownie. Two layers of brownie stuffed with think marshmallow layer and chocolate pops on top. This was absolutely delicious. It melted in mouth right away. We had two types of macaroons one is chocolate and other is mocha. Both were so good. Do visit here.

We had ordered the Nutella well cake and Oreo Cupcake for our friend’s birthday. Even though the cake was extremely delicious we were disappointed with the quantity. We feel the cake was really small and hence expensive for the price we paid.

This place has amazing desserts. My personal favorite would be the Boston Style Cheesecake. The cakes are rich in taste and the quality is just amazing. The cupcakes, cakes, pastries, macaroons all are delicious and heavenly. It is in Viviana mall in the foodzone. Rave reviews and recommended.

Had ordered Birds Nest cake for my husbands birthday and it turned out to be absolutely the way I wanted it and the way it was explained by the store manager who was very helpful and extremely cordial and accommodating. They dont deliver at mulund but he worked it out and I got the cake well on time. The cake was well made, tasty and the best quality ingredients were used, which was very evident and everyone felt so. Thanks again.

Sugary Treat!Stumbled onto this outlet in the midst of Viviana Mall. While the place is small, the staff warmly greets you in. Tried the Red Velvet Cupcake and boy, was it good or what! I must admit that it was a little too sweet for my liking but the soft base and smooth creamy icing made it irresistible.Having tried only the Red Velvet Cupcake, I cant review the other desserts but Im saving those for the next time I visit this Cupcakery!

What to tell about this place?After a long tiring day I visited this awesome place and it was really a delight.Seeing different variety of cupcakes,pastries,macrons,wellcakes,and what not.It is a delight to eyes and also to ur mouth.It is really mouth watering.They have different thick shakes which are so thick that u have to take a spoon literally to have it and trust me they are really really a must try.The well cake is just so soft and perfect in taste and softness is also proper.I tried chocolate nutella well cake which was just awesome.Next that I tried was 24 layers pastry which again desevers a thumps up.The next dessert I tried was cup cakesI tried chocolate cup cake and kit kat .But they have really a hell.lot of different varities in cup.cakes.Also the next thing I tried was jar cakes.They are really awesome ... they have oreo nutella and other flavours. theyThey also serve different types of brownies.Trust me the quality is just superb.We were greeted when we entered and also Mr. Sanket and Mr. Zahid helped us to choose what to have.Thank you Mr. Sanket and Mr. Zahid you guys are really worth 5 stars .They way you handle customers and delivery boys that come from various different brands for delivery.Mr. Sanket has a detailed information about the dessert and explains the dish when asked.5 stars for you Mr. Sanket and also THE BOSTON CUPCAKERY for maintaining the quality and serving their customers with love.Keep it up.Share love by having desserts from TBC.Overall the experience was awesome.Hope to get there back again.Also they make designer cakes and u can order online.

Brought 4 diff types of cupcakesThe cupcakes were unfortunately dry and not at all appeasing. For that price, we expect little moistness and taste alongwith presentation. I bumped up a star just for presentation .

Past two experience was awesome with Boston cupcakery and this time when I was shopping in Viviana Mall, Thane. Couldnt stop myself from having cupcakes, I had chocolate gooey and one more cupcakes as I was in rush also had nutella waffles and nutella well cake (Most Favorite). The taste, the quality was awesome well done and good to see that quality was maintained.

TBC is now giving Macarons. Had red velvet, vanilla and orange. The best option for Macarons lovers.

All my friends have visited and highly recommended boston cupcakery.I tried layered cake and Nutella cake both were amazing.Service staff are well informed. Hygienic dessert outlet but pricey.Else this place isTotally worth it.Will try few others on my next visit

It is a forest full of cupcakes and you choose any and make a milkshake out of it or you can create a cupcake Ice Cream 😍.The Cupcake Ice cream - My choice of Cupcake was The Chocolate City Cupcake and what they do is slice the Cupcake into half, place the bottom half of it in a mug fill it with Icecream add some chocolate sauce and add the upper half of the Cupcake with that drooling icying 🙄 and chocolate sprinklers, Cadbury dairy milk shots and chocolate sticks.
