Sales person really took interest in you thoughts and design... Also we can take any cake photo and they will make it to order... No parking available... Most of the cake tastes really good... But they dont give any discount on any cakes even big cakes which is not good... Rest all is fine...

Quiet famous for their premium cakes, this outlet is located in Panchpakadi. They do have a variety of options when it comes to cake. Cakes can be a bit overpriced ranging from 500-700 for half kg, but the sort of quality and quantity they provide is totally worth it.

No respect for committed time for delivery. They committed 1 pm for my daughters first birthday cake over the phone, around which we planned the rest of our day. When we reached to collect the cake, they say someone from their shop wrote 3 pm by mistake on the order. Despite pleading endlessly, they gave the cakes at 3 only. Our entire planning went for a toss. Horrid, horrid, experience. Their cakes might be sweet, but interacting with them has left a bitter taste in the mouth.

I had ordered a 1.5kg fondant cake & wanted to get a delivered as a surprise. Unfortunately, the cake which was delivered was broken. When asked to get it replaced they without my information, sent a fresh cream instead of my fondant cake ordered. Extremely disappointed as I had paid a heavy price specially for a fondant cake & was cheated with this. When contacted them again, they refuse to accept it & said we will give a discount on your next order. Why would I order next time, when they could not provide what I ordered the first time. Please do not trust this shop for your valuable occassions as they may just ruin it. Absolutely Pathetic experience.

So I wanted a side cake for my kid 1st birthday to cut in morning and I was looking for something small as I had already ordered a 3kg designer cake for the evening function. I landed at sweet county and asked for a cake which was not chocolate flavour and I was given 3 option of which I choose the Rose falooda cake to be honest I was bit sceptical until we took its first bite. The whole family loved the ₹ 700 cake more than the designer one for which I paid 5 grands.

Disgusting experience out there in thane I dont know if he is a manager owner or just someone just staying there for staff. Staff gave different rate and that man said different we said him we will come again afterwards. When we went for placing order later he just shoot the prices by 500 per kg n blame us of saying lie..such a bad experience felt so embarrassed n insult we just walked out.
