The staff is polite even if you are the last customer during the closing hours and serves you with a smile. Apart from regular cakes they also make 3D cakes, layered cakes and photo cakes with orders few days prior to the delivery. The bakery made cookies, puffs, rolls and smoothies aresome of the must try items in this place. while they are quite famous for their Mawa Cakes. Best cakes hands down . Price wise very very reasonable . Best in taste. many varieties to choose from any given day. Mango cake in season is must try. even the snacks available are good and many options to choose. Only drawback they dont deliver

This is the place to go to for fresh and cheap cakes. Merwans is a trusted name in my home ever since it opened a couple of years ago. Be it Chocolate cake or white chocolate, every cake is moist and fresh.Half kg can be bought in under 300, depending on the cake you pick.The white chocolate one has a fruit puree in between the cake layers which is quite refreshing.Their rolls and veg snacks are tasty too.

We have bought cakes from Merwans cake shop near Thane station West for almost every friends birthday from past 2 years. The cakes tastes are amazing and have variety of flavours and have both veg and non veg. For custom cakes , min order is 2kg . The cake cost is also great , min cost of cake is 200/- for half kg, which amazing.

Delicious cakes, pastry and bakery items.Must try are the chicken rolls.Soooo gooood taste at such cheap price.Fresh and very soft bread buns.To try these rolls you must visit this place before 4pm as they are finished.Pastry and cakes are delicious and freshly made.I tried the Chocolate Crackle Butter Cream Pastry for ₹50 and Chicken Cheese Roll for ₹13 only.Only one thing I dont like is they charge you ₹25 for a carry bag.

My fav place wen it comes to puffs and rolls...very reasonable price.. A lot of variety in puffs ..i love all especially the chicken garlic puff..red thai puff .. Chickentandoori puff just to name a few...Only thing i dislike about this place is ..1 .. wen u plan to eat out standing there as they give option for dat of course..... They giv u just a tissue paper for holding the hot puff or roll ... It looks horrible ..they could atleast giv a simple paper plate which would look decent..2 secondly ..always the girls at the counter and the other staff are busy in chitchatting evn wen the customer is billing or ordering .which looks unprofessional .. Also they hav a problem of change money all the time..Otherwise for eating its very afforadable .. With lot of variety..

I took cake of the month..It was really a awesome , soft & creamy cake. It has different flavoured creamy, chocolate, hazelnut filled cake..This cake was loved by each of my family..It was extremely delicious & tasty..

Zero hospitality....👎👎First understand that customers who come to your shop are not beggers so instead of showing your attitude learn to show some respect for them.The most worst thing is that you dont serve order to customer without payment then at the time of leaving why your security guard ask for a bill reciept again?? It was too insulting.After such pathetic experience Ill never prefer to go such place again.

There cakes test is so amazing and other product also good but you want puff or rolls plz visit before 4pm because they finish early.

The girls at the counter give pathetic service. Doesnt value others time. Have sad faces and have bad attitude towards customers. Specially in the morning when youre hungry and go to the counter to buy something they argue for 2rs and ruin your mood. Iam fond of their patices and pastries but heth thought of getting your mood ruined changes my mind because of the girls working there. Please do something about it.
