Kids section is great.Ladies section is updated regularly and for the gents, many options available.They always have some offer where you get discount coupons for the next visit. Very helpful. They also have a point system based on your mobile number and is easy to redeem. They also make follow up calls when you get the discount vouchers.The network Shirts for men are too good for the cost. Enjoy the shopping without burning a hole in your pocket.

The year this store first opened in the Korum Mall, Thane, I was the first customer! :DThe staff was having opening ceremony and they asked me to cut the ribbon. :)I have been visiting Trends most of the times - often for clothing. They have variant collection of Western, Traditional, Indo-western throughout the year. The only drawback is, they rarely keep in discount on products.But as long as everything is under one roof, discounting doesnt matter.Overall, it is a good store for a quick shopping.

Lots of brands under a single roof. Good discounts. Billing counters are very crowded because of the above 😀. Management should look into that matter. It takes 15 minutes to shop and another 15-30 minutes to wait at the billing counter

I really disliked this place. They have zero management and selling skills. They wont show you clothes upfront and need to ask them Everytime about different brands and style. Sometimes executive wont even listen what you say. Very very limited stock and less variety.

Please donot be mislead by the boards proclaiming Sale at best they are misleading in the spirit of what we have come to expect as a Sale. One of the sales folk was sufficiently arrogant to to mention to me that, some chappal/footwear brand promoted by Reliance, did not have any warranty or guarantee on its products because it was cheap....Come on Reliance- I walk into your store because of the brand u stood for or am assuming you stand for. Defective products should be advertised as such....Perhaps the Reliance folks donot care if this line of business succeeds or not..No more visit to any Trends store till the return of ethics and common sense.

Trial rooms closed, no returns. so basically no use visiting physically at this place.

Cheaters. Recently bought two pairs of trousers(fresh stock) from this store located at Korum mall. There was an stitch defect in one of the trousers which I came to know after I wore it. The store manager refused to exchange it as there was a small spot of some watermark. He instead send the the trousers for repair which results in bad stiching and fittings. Worst Service. Not customer friendly.
