This was recommended to us by our taxi driver and is the only store where we we able to find and purchase quality SIngapore tee shirts. A little pricey but definitely high value and worth it. The taxi driver stayed and waited for us while we shopped for an hour and we paid the agreed upon price. Of course we gave him a nice gratuity because he was a perfectly charming and knowledgeable local guide.

Roopam is department store. We get almost everything at one shop. From new born to winter apparel. They have section for kitchen stuff, chocolates, toys etc. Accessible for wheelchair. Apart from one or two areas. People are helpful.

Good place for your daily routine goods and article have a very large stock and very wide variety from small chocolate to your formal clothes they have everything.The only reason for rating it 1 low is goods here are quite expensive but staff working is very helpful and knowledgeable.I got myself a raincoat, few shorts and some stationary items from here 😊.Quality of goods were great 👍 and I suggest you to make visit there .

Good quality and great sale prices for the stuff they have. We have been regulars. Customer service salesman are a hit and miss with most being disinterested and irritable.Would come here but the store could do better adopting a more open concept where you can browse yourself as the sales staff bring the experience down, acting like you are inconveniencing them everytime you request to see an item behind the counter.

Cleanliness, hygenic, very silent, very polite and down to earth And very honest staff didnt try to sell us expensive stuff instead adviced us less expensive but best products. I came here during corona crisis got all the essential products available.

Roopam is an old and well known family shopping destination. You can shop for toys, clothes, fashion accessories, and a whole range of other products, all under one roof. They have a wide selection of winter garments for sale and one can be equipped for foreign trips any time of year. Some products are more expensive than others. The range is good and stocks are always fresh. Time saved and convenience offered make up for the prices.

The collection has degraded. Around 2 years ago they use to have a very good collection of clothes. Now its all about sale. Everything is under sale even the new arrivals. Hence you dont get your size the quality is poor. Would recommend you to go only if you want to have a grab of discounted items which are typically not purchased by anyone throughout the year

Lavish store at Crawford market. They have 5 floors but I was really upset by the product I was looking for. I asked for blazer they showed me few the quality was not that great. I roamed a lot for blazer and had no time to stitch new one. I didnt want branded ones as they were costing me around 3k. This shop was charging me 4k which was shocking for me as people suggested me Crawford market shop have cheapest option

Extremely lethargic and lazy staff in almost every department, either they dont have any collections or their staff is highly paid for this job which they fail to deliver. Dont know for what its 4-5 floor building when they have next to no collections and pathetic staff!Its 4 or 5th time I have experienced this behaviour.
