Sold my baby Walker through them. It took a long time... But I got the price I was looking for. The pick up was scheduled by the company. The amount was credited to my account. So no hassles at all.

Please avoid pre cared if it still exist, I had given then my 3 product to resell 3 years back, out of which they sold 1 but never transferred that amount, I dont know what happened to the other two as no replies to the mails, no body picking up the phones, no updates nothing at all. So we can call them thieves.

I have sold and bought on precared with ease. The products I bought have been handed over in good condition. The ones I sold took quite sometime but the process was absolutely effortless. However, They need to improve on their customer service. In This day and age you can’t be responding to customer mail after 2/3days or not picking up their calls.

Thumbs down to them. worst experience I had with them. I sold two products through them. they dont receive any calls n above all they are not paying back my money of sold items. I strongly recommend people not to use this Website for selling n purchasing product.

The worst possible customer service i have ever encountered. I gave it 1 star as there wasnt a lower rating available!Based on my experience whether them, i would say the great reviews posted on their own website are probably fake.My recommendation is to definitely AVOID dealing with them.

Got a chicco baby gym from precared. Returned it as it was faulty. No refund received. Now they have stopped responding to emails and their customer service number is out of service so theres no way to contact them.AVOID THEM.

Please dont use this website at all. Post pick of medela breast pump it has been almost a year but no revert from them in spite of multiple emails. No one answers the phone. It is businesses like these which cause people to distrust online transactions. Unprofessional conduct this is akin to daylight robbery.

Worst agency encountered ever..no idea about products given for 2 months..returned product with the part missing..staff is un trustworthy.Deal at ur own risk..just avoid it.

Please do not trade with these people. They harass you to a limit. When they need to pick your items or deliver the purchased items then they are ready to come over weekends. But, when you ask for a return of your items given to them for sale, they are not ready to come over weekends.I have given 3-4 items for sale 3 months back for which they had asked my proposed quotes. After mailing them the same there was no response from them for 2 months despite of calling there team again and again.The moment I asked for return they called me immediately ?? No response from past 2 months and all of a sudden a call in seconds ?? And then they are not ready to deliver on Weekend knowingly that nobody is available at home on weekdays !!Although in the past Id transacted with them over the weekends....People......please do not transact with Precared...... Rather use Facebooks various groups/ olx/ quikr etc. where I was able to sell most of my items.

Extremely slow and lazy staff! Its so difficult to contact them. They dont answer calls and reply to emails at their whims. Refund process sucks!

I sent my intact products to them for selling and they broke my products n returned them back to me claiming that they cant sell those as they are broken

I tried selling a breast pump. Did not get a good price so I recalled the product. Dd not return the adapter with it, had to call them tens of times for them to respond. Finally received after 3 weeks

And when I returned the product they took forever to get it collected and then sent me stinker email saying they do not wish to do business with me in future ...When I told them that the email was extremely rude , they ended up sending another rude email !If your planning to buy anything from Their website , please dont because they mention that the product is in great condition on the website but in actual the product is broken ! And Ive heard so many similar complaints .
