The bank is overall very good. The staff provide good service and has good communication skills which helps customers understand what process they need to follow and can get their work done easilyAlso a good hygenic environment is mentained, along with proper sanitization

Clear cheque on time to get 5 stars, other things are good, staff is supportive and helpful.

The customer service is too slow! The attendant is good but staff is least bothered about customers ! They keep you waiting and is highly disorganised branch ! The bank entrance is not ♿ accessible. In case you need to go make sure you have plenty of time in hand ! The service is patheticly slow !
