Service here is very bad for Aadhar update. They dont really answer properly for documents required . Make you wait and ask you to go back even if the aadhar update assistance is on leave they say system is down. No proper management.
I paid just small amount less than total amount due(by mistake) that too well before due date of credit card.Then also they charged interest on whole amount which was already paid

Its an aadhar card update centre also. Service for it really worst. You have to wait for literally more than a hour. And no one is concerned about it. Its almost like you take a day off from your work and then do your aadhar update here. I had this experience thrice for myself and when i came with my family members.People should understand that even others have appointments taken for other works too.
User friendly bank, all information is available inside mobile application. You can update your address, change your branch, order for new debit/credit cards etc

I was there for Aadhard card update. The appointment timings for Aadhar card update/Enrollment serve no purpose. I was having appointment at 2.30 but have to wait 1.5 hrs for it. The staff is cooperative, but administration is at worst.

Courteous and helpful staff. In case you want to deposit cash, visit the cash deposit machine at their ATM located at the ground floor to avoid waiting in queues at the counter and also instant credit to the account cardless and paperless transaction. Paperless i mean no need to fill the cash deposit slip. Also during my recent visit to the branch noticed that they are assisting in Aadhaar both new enrollment and also correction on existing Aadhaar.
