Shows insufficient address / addressee couldnt be found. On the same address Im receiving parcels from different postal services why the India Post has this problem god knows. India Post itself dont take any efforts to reach no calls or mail regarding this has been informed. Such a pathetic experience this is.

Says insufficient address. Any other courier including bluedart, dtdc, flipkart, amazon, nykya are delivering everyday. Post office is the only one that cant deliver.

Staff work very slowly. Give young person computer work. The work will be done soon and the time of the citizens will be saved.

Well managed, mannered and quick to deliver.Was expecting a time taking exercise but to my surprise, it was better than any pvt. Sector bank in terms of response and service.

The Postmen was so helpful, he personally received my calls I made to track my Passport. Got my passport seamlessly.

Due to pandemic there is huge queue. You have to stand outside for your turn to enter the premises, may be this system will be enforced till pandemic situation improves

If there was a negative rating, would have given that. People in covid are standing in queue and they do not have network. They dont know how to keep the systems updated. Very badly managed.

Social Distancing Norms are not followed at all. The Agents always skip the queue and directly approach the counter. Every agent has at least 10 different application forms. Hence it takes sometimes 30-45 mins to get that processed. During this time the queue gets added up with individuals and hence it results into a long waiting time. Sometimes it takes hours.Hence it is requested to the respective Administration to take appropriate actions at least in this Pandemic situation so that the place does not get crowded due to these agents.

Place is big but needs redesigning to accommodate huge number of visitors. Upkeep is not good.

Exellent... in this pandamic situation.. Staff is busy in delivering Medicines on priority...who ever visiting the delivery section.. they are treating customers very well.... Thank you entire staff

It is too much crowded less counter to attend the customers. Waiting in Q is horrible for senior citizens and normal people, to reach counter it takes one hour. .

Pathetic service, long queue.I went there for speed post and I need to attach postal order. But postal order stamps are unavailable and she asked me to come Monday for that purpose {first I wanted to tell you that before going Thane head post office , I went to thane post office ( which is near Thane railway station)n I asked for postal order, there staff told me to go to head post office,thane }

Waiting for my consignment for last 20 days . Still there in post office. They are not deliver at their respective post office. Please closed the post office .

Its the head post office in Thane, located opposite to the scenic jail lake. Most of the services like postal insurance, international & domestic money transfer, express delivery, business post, parcel delivery, etc. The service needs improvement. Just be prepared to get humiliated at the hands of employees...

Government body so as expected useless staff outright rude and not at all helpful. The condition of building is also very bad and sometimes you just have to wonder how they function when literally more than half of them are just gossipping complaining and relaxing in the chairs.

Speed post, ATM, money order, stamps and parcel service at this post office that why called Head Post Office. Parking facility is available so dont park outside otherwise your vehicle will be towed.

Waste of time coming here. Pathetic service, long queue, staffs are hardly bothered. 😢

Mix type of post officers are there. Some person will help you. No proper direction are available in premise of post office for counters.

Let the alimighty save the Indian Postal Dept , no one picks up 25476022 , you can try thousands time .I DONT KNOW TILL WHEN WE HAVE TO BEAR THESE NONSENSE , NON PRODUCTIVE GOVT ORGANISATIONS.
