I called Beats 99 to enquire about guitars and the person who picked up the call is very rude and just cant talk properly.

I love the place as it was a happy hour went there with couple of my friends we had a round of red wine sangria which were not that good it was testing like cough syrup ( sorry to say this).Red wine sangria-2/5 🌟Cosmopolitan- 4/5 🌟Coming towards food it was also not that good we had.Nachos with chicken-3/5 🌟 (were less chicken)Quesadilla chicken-3/5 🌟 ( filling was very less)Humus platter-3/5 🌟 (humus was good)Chicken chili-3/5 🌟Service from *ROHIT* was bang on one extra 🌟 just for this guy.

The owner Deepak Thakkar is extremely rude , disgusting and ill mannered. He abuses his customers. I bought a guitar worth 15k from him and had given my piano to check if it can be repaired. Had asked him to tell me the charges for me to decide. When the charges were high and I did not wish to repair it from him. He started to demand money for checking the fault in the piano (he never mentioned that he would charge for checking the defect and suddenly because I denied repairing it he started to demand money). He started speaking badly and threatened to throw the piano away.He did not give me the piano and made me wait for one month. Even after multiple calls from my family he was rude, insulted them and behaved weird. When I sent a courier person he abused me and I had to pay 300 forcibly as he was not ready to give back my piano. His words were Tu yaha aata toh jhapad marta tujhe - who says this to customers?He told me he will give the courier person my product only if I paid 300 as his charges.I paid him and got my piano back finally. I wish I could raise a complaint in consumer forum. If this attitude and behaviour is not extortion what is it called?Pls check other reviews where multiple people have complained. Only buy from Beats 99 if you want to be abused.

Owner is very rude.They said earlier that theyd give guitar in 3 days but took 10 days and didnt even call to say that work is done. I only had to keep calling. They didnt repair the guitar well and overcharged. When I called, they argued that they had called, but actually they never did.Arguing with customer as if they dont care at all.It Beats 99 of your problemsBut repairing a guitar aint one.

Got a guitar from them. The neck got warped within the warranty period but they refused to honour warranty. Finally had to call the manufacturer to get it fixed. DO NOT buy from them, they do not give service after sale even within the warranty period. Another friend had the same issue and had to PAY EXTRA to get it fixed, even though it was covered in the warranty period.Also, horrible attitude of the staff.

Very Bad experience, as before going to the shop we have specifically enquired about the instrument which we are searching. Shop keeper confirmed over phone the availability of that instrument, we drove approx 1 hour from Navi Mumbai to the shop at Thane and got the information after reaching, that the enquired instrument is not available...... very casual approach by shop keeper.
