This is a small colony by marathon nextown but its quite soothing from inside, but narrow from main road and the internal road definitely needs to be maintained.One can look for a good silent place called home then its good to go.However the build quality is good

We are staying in marathon nextown from 2017. There was no water supply, no electricity supply for 3 years .#Dirty muddy tanker water supply.# cleaning work not proper# security not proper#internet and cable connections only operated by local service provider with expensive rates.# Facility team is very irresponsible# there is no solution for issues only false promises from facility team# Amenities are only on paper , garden gym ,swimming pool, kids play area , senior citizens area, temple, football ground , etc. Nothing has been provided yet.# 2 years advanced maintenance has been taken from the all customers as deposit. Not even single facility provided.#we are paying maintenance for last 4 years with rate 5.25 rs. Per square feet which is highest rate in shilphata. And we are not getting any benifits for such high maintenance.#solar water plant just for customers attraction not functional.# The entrance road is very narrow.# customer has least respect compare to other working staff# roads are not constructed as per the plan#while buying sales person promised it would be a unique township with all modern amenities, but during possession we found that its worst than sra projects.#developers have constructed the worst interior designs not as per sample flat.Not recommended for new buyer .

It was a good experience at Marathon Nextown. Typically located in the interior of Shilphata road, this project promises the least noise and air pollution. The construction quality mainly pulled us towards this project when there were so many other options available in the vicinity. The admin staff particularly Mr. Dhruv and Mr. Sanjay are very helpful and cooperative. They were always there for help be it any trivial issues. Overall it was a good experience with the Marathon builder.

It actually Marathon for Consumers! Many of us are regretting that we have purchased a flat in this project which has delayed the possession since 2018 till 2022..I have paid 85% of the value & paying EMIs . But still no possession !!saying in Hindi- Naam Bade aur Darshan Chott & its Khoote (Lie)They are asking for pending money & if we dont pay or delay than they send reminders with Interest amount which is been charged.As per agreement Owners are also liable to get intrest if the builder failed to handover the possession on time! When we ask on same they say we will not pay? Very Unprofessional & Fraud Team of Marathon.

This Project is progressing very slow and builder has failed to deliver flatsin committed timeline since launching of this project. Zero progress on committed basic amenities even after completion of 5th Tower. Booking in launching phase looks risky as your personal investment goal and planning may get disturb as the average waiting period is 4 years. The Trust with so called reputed builder is even at Toss after this experience. Thank you Marathon for putting us in this dilemma.

Its sad that Marathon has not been able to deliver the committed facilities even after 3 years from the possession. Though they charge maintenance for it without fail. And anyone who questions them are told its per the agreement. All hidden clauses in the agreement meant to favour only them. Even from an investor point of view, there has been hardly any appreciation and rental yield at the lowest. Regretting investing here big time.

We are so much worried about delayed possession of this project.Emerald possession is extended up to June 2020 whose building structure with paint is fully completed and builder still need 1 full year to complete the pending works....If we talk about Coral where we booked our flat,3 slabs are still more to go and whole building internal work has to be done..so we started imagining builder can easily give any last moment excuse like emerald case with 1-2 year extension which is not acceptable to any buyers because its our hard earned money..We opted Marathon just for the brand name/trust etc,if it still continue like this then very soon it will start loose customer and brand image in real-estate market..Fulfillment of commitment is the Key of Success.We expect possession on time not a copy paste message like(beyond our control blah blah blah).

I am a resident of the reputed project Marathon Nextown. Being a responsible resident to the society i think its my job to know when are we getting our basic amenities for which we are paying really huge amount as maintenance bill such as club house, gym, garden, temple, swimming pool, kids play area, security, greenery and beautification of the society. Marathon had assured us of club house,gym,and swimming pool in 2018december. As of now the work of these has not even started. The condition of security is also not at all up to the mark in nights. There are only 6 cctv cameras in the entire society which is not sufficient. We are in regular talks with the sales and facility team but it seems to be having no results. We are still wondering whether we are actually living in a society which would really provide these amenities ever or not.Its a humble request to the management team to plz consider us and act over these issues.

Sept 2019I have booked Flat in Pearl Building before 3 months and still waiting for registration and agreement. At the time of booking flat they told usregistration and agreement would happen after two months.I have apply for home loan in SBI and i also get confirmation also. But worst thing is that they cheesing me twice in week to ask when to start the home loan process. So when i reached to marathon with this question they also doesnt know exact date of registration and agreement.Sometime feels like, Is i took right decision to invest in Marathon?9 Jan 2020Still I am waiting for registration and agreement process. They hold my booking amount from 4 months. Its approx above 3 lakh. You can think now what they do actually. Let see what happen. Currently we are residing at Marathon Nextown C wing 1101_1102Unfortunately, the work and services provided has been highy unsatisfactory . Please find below the problems faced by us over here.1. Firstly after paying deposit for two years, we are still paying maintenance every month , all the peer constructions realty companies are not charging maintenance after taking deposit.2. Also maintenance charges are extremely high compared to the services provided, It seems as if all the expenses of Marathon Nextown are just beared by 40_50 families staying over here. We are not given any facilities, for instance even common staircase are not being cleaned, strays dogs are found littering in the complex. Even the plants for beautification of our Complex are of so Medicore quality, I think there is genuine need of planting more trees and plants to make it more presentable.3. There are no Amenities provided which had been promised, their sales agents lie to innocent customers at the time of Sales. We dont understand complex agreement created by them, they could have been clear about Amenities at the time of Sales , after all it is hard earned money of so many innocent people

Quality of construction is good...stay is peaceful..Better if u have your own vehicle to travel but nonetheless u get Ola, Uber etc & small van from Marathon for pick up n drop till highway ..Painful & missing part is committed facilities by builder..although no of residents have gone up since possession in June,2017..but no clear answer on basic amenities like security gates at entrance & at the back side of building lobby , CCTV cameras (only fitted at the entrance but not at the back side of the buildings), children play area..etc Builder had promised club house facilities by 2018 in my agreement ..but while registering in RERA.. MARATHON conveniently changed the deadline to 2021 without informing residents..I came to know this last year when enquired about the same ..Looking forward to clear deadline in writing from Builder

The project is nice, you can say one of the best in the area. I have seen the property. You can invest in it. Good amenities.. road conditions are good.Just a concern there is a graveyard at 100 mtrs from main outer gate, towards the village road to connect the Main road. If you take the road from the right, which is under construction then you wont pass that area. But that will connect to the highway, for daily shoppings you have to pass the graveyard.

The Marathon group advertised much about there construction quality and Mivan technology but since last 2 years , I am facing leakage issue in flat and engineering team is still finding root cause from last 2 years and now they are saying that this is paint issue, the Asian royale paint which is one of the best paint is responsible for damp walls and the most shocking thing is my whole flat is having the same color used but issue exist on only 1 wall and for that concerned team is not having an answer. I had paid approx 3.43 lacs as advance maintenance and amenities charges in June 2017. Still, not a single amenity has been provided or constructed and they are saying that those amenities will get ready only in 2021.It means , they are just using interest of my money for 4 years without providing any facility. The worst thing is the related facility, sales, other teams of this project is not acknowledging issues of residents to upper management and they are pretending like this project is for investors only actual residents are not there whereas in actual , owners are facing lots of issue there. Most of the time complex common are lights went off after 7 p.m. and whole common area is in dark and for this issue, they are providing patch work which fails again in couple of days. In advertisement of this project, they are showing a clock tower standing in premises. Come at any time and check that clock are working or not. that clock has been stopped since last 2 months. Complex areas is having half constructed fountain which doesnt have water or electricity. Its just like old destroyed fountain. In agreement, they said, pipe gas, solar water are there but nothing has been provided and when we ask them they say issue will get resolved ASAP and this is going since last year. The electrical board provided in flat are faulty and need to be replaced after possession. I have changed electric buttons for 7-8 times and then I changed complete electric board. No convenience store is available near complex, no rickshaw stand, no doctor is present inside complex. To advertise , environment friendly project they provided electric vehicle after one year of possession which is getting failed in every 2 weeks. No proper internet provider is present tin complex whereas the other complex like Palava which is just 3-4 kms from marathon is having fast internet service providers. Mobile provider like vodafone is not working at all in complex area. You have to take landline or another mobile network provider if you want to stay here. Only elevation of building are good. Think twice before purchase in Marathon Nextown project.

Unhappy with the commitments of the Marathon BuilderWe were told that we could get the possesion by dec 2018 but in agreement it was extended to june 2019 and we were promised that by june 2019 or before that the possesion would be given, but now the builder has sent a letter stating that they have received extension from RERA upto june 2020 and will be giving possesion in june 2020 that is delay by one year full year, Its completly like fooling the customers.

Also, they have already taken 80-90% payment of flat value but for completing remaining work, they need more 1yr of time.. this is pathetic.. never expected this from Marathon. Just a STANDARD tactics has been used by Marathon to raise this building up right in the middle of a village so called Padle gaanv at Dombivli which according to me should be worth calling a complete spooky jungle.Visit here after 7.00pm if you wana experience fear due to the presence of Cremation Ground or Rape (for girls if they visit this entire lane alone to reach Marathon Nextown).Cheerful people who loves something exciting in life (party , Clubbing) will end up being boring or going into depression if they buy a place for themselves to live here for their life as their is hardly any malls or restaurant in the locality or vicinity.For any fun related activity you have Xperia mall as the only option left.On the other side the good part is the infrastructure of the building is really good in structure but not sure about the quality.If you are a person who wants to live peacefully away from town this is the place for you but getting public transport to reach here is again a big task.Parking here is not problem unless south Mumbai as you have places available to get a big car like Mercedes and pamper it to the fullest with a good parking slot.

Well planned location nearest to Dativali Station falling in konkan railway route {Diva-Panvel} section. The whole complex will take 10 years to get fully integrated, with development of vasai panvel rail section, virar alibag road corridor and internal road links. Projects of this group is renowned for its construction quality and transparency unlike other builders in nearby areas. Only drawback of the project is the Costing of blocks {1BHK &2BHK} is very high in comparison to its current stage of project

What about connectivity? Also it is 1 KM away from Kalyan - Shilphata road. Area is not developed and from last 3 years nothing changed. THe Airoli-Katai naka elevator (on which builder assure connectivity to Navi mumbai region) is stuck in Forest clearance since 2016. And if cleared would take 5 more years to be operational. Site is good if you want to live there in 2025.
