Horrible experience! They are frauds. Be careful. My money is duped. I paid for 2 years contract for 2 A. Cs and following since one month for first service. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews first, could have saved my money. Others be Alert. Is there anyone taking legal battle against them?? If so please let me know would like to join.

Ive taken 2 yrs AMC for split AC. But the first service was the last service. None of the contact number given by them is working. Out of 7 contact number only 1 is active which is never answered.Dont even think of contacting them for any service or youll just be throwing your hard earned money.

Extremely pathetic service. Do not even think of entertaining them over call. In past 2 years they just visited once that too when you call them. If you see other members review no one has given them more than 1 star which projects clearly their professional behavior.

Unique services is absconding. They have collected advance contract for the AC maintenance services but not undertaken any services for last 15 months after initial two services. None of their contact numbers are working . Care before engaging with them

Very Bad service. It does not even deserve 1 star. I have AC maintenance contract for 3 years. Person came only for the first service as he had to collect money, thereafter they never came and even if you follow up with them they give assurance that person will visit for service but never turns up. Please stay away from taking any kind of contract/service from Unique services.

They have pathetic service. They dont answer calls. Do not entertain them and take. Any service from them. They are only sweet talkers. Do not entertain them. Even they should not be placed on net

Pathetic Service. Not attending telephone calls. Not responding messages. It seems AMC contract money is duped.Never ever go for their service or service contract or even a free service. You will regret like anything. Indoor unit of our Sharp AC starts leaking after first servicing from them. And now no one attending complaint. I think they are cheating people by doing something wrong while servicing, so they can charge extra money. They donot deserve for single star too

The only unique thing about their service is all of their staff are uniquely pathetic, including their owner Mr. Damani. Their service deserves absolutely no rating at all. They need to be behind bars for cheating customers. Never ever go for their service or service contract or even a free service. You will regret like anything. They have screwed my Hitachi Inverter AC big time and their owner promised me to get the same checked by their senior most technician who is an expert. He is now out of station as per their staff. I will wait for a couple of more days before I send Mr. Damani a notice from the consumer court and I will make sure he pays me for the AC.

I wish google had an option to rate in negative. Unfortunately, can only write a review when stars are rated..that is why the minimum. I wish i could take some legal action against them. If anyone from legal sector reading this...please suggest the necessary. Ms. Rasika is the shameless person i have come across... She knows she is cheating on people but is still very stubborn to keep on her words. Pathetic... Unique services has not only given financial loss but has also lead to mental torture. They just dont know the meaning of AMC. Even if we are taking follow up..they are least bothered.

Satisfied with service .I have done 2 years contract with unique services my 4 service completed .hope so my 2 pending service also given me on time.supporting staff.

Really bad experience from the company. Have made a contract of 3 years, payment done upfront and no 1 visits for service after multiple complains and follow-ups. Really bad very bad experience planning to take a legal action against these guys. Please do not plan to get your contract renewed or give any fresh contract to these Guyz. This is a fraud company. Made me sign three years annual maintenance contract for Rs 7000. Now, a year on, it says the company has closed down. They just did 3 servicings. I am thinking of lodging a complaint against the company. Please do not sign up for any services

They have signed AMC for 3 years. Charged Rs 5500. They never came for service except last time when I called repetedly , they came. Now when I call some lady says uniqe service is closed and star service is giving service but contract sign by unique will not work here. Never sign contract with any A.C. service people. They are fraud company. How Star AC mntc with unique A.C. contact number operate his office. I am registering police complaint with invoice proof. I will bring them to road . Invoice no:15063 dated 20th Sept 2016.Be careful about such fraud A.C. Mntc company.

Worst company.Give appointment and dont come.On 31st March a technician came and took money to fill gas.The ac is still not working and for a month and half we have been chasing them on phone.AMC money and gas money gone down drains.Additionally whole summer went without having ac.Frustrated with these sweet talker people.

As happened with most of people, this company is closed taking money away. And contact number transferred to so call star services (dont know how). Shouldnt be doing long term contract with any of such services. Not even worth of 1 start.

Very poor service..After the contract was finalized and they took money they didnt come back till next 8 months for the service.. I had to follow-up for almost 3 months to get the 2nd out of 4 service done. They mentioned some problem in registration in their system for my contract but they never fixed the problem. For 3rd service again I had to do follow-up and after 2 weeks and 4 phone calls they came for the service.. Hope the 4th and final service never happened!

Worst company. Dont know how to service customers. All false commitments. Take money for 3 years and never give on time service. You need to call them 10 times to get the work done.Dont waste money by doing AMC with them.

If there was a negative star, would have given that. They sell u a contract well but no one comes for the service inspite of repeated calls. Please dont ever ever associate with them. Also the services are not very good. They finished servicing all my 4 acs in half hr.

Extremely pathetic experience! After getting the AC servicing done from their team, the AC is completely damaged. It makes so much noise.Today was my 10th call in last one month. A lady pickes up the phone and promises to send the technician but he never turns up. Such companies should be dragged in court for cheating and looting customers.

Absolutely hopeless service. Took a 2 year contract and they did not turn up for any servicing for 11 months. They turned up for the first time in 11 months after being chased for a month and close to 50 phone calls and finally being threatened of being dragged to consumer court. Also their technicians said that there is a gas leak and it is a common problem.The only solution they knew is to top up the gas..Please do not avail their services..They dont deserve a single star as well..

Fraud Company. It does not have any service person. The person visits only to take contracts and then disappears forever. In last 1.5 years, my AC is serviced only once that too after hell lot of follow ups. I have been calling them for last 2 months and getting false responses all the time. If google had a negative rating, I would have given that..

Dont but any services from them, initially they say you will get reminder call from us for Quarterly service, but when you call they just cut the call neither they pick up the call nor call us back.As per me they are eligible for Negative Rating however same is not there i have forced to give 1*

Is this company still existing? None of their contact numbers are working today. I call them last week and fixed a service appointment but no one came. I think I made a wrong decision by giving them AMC
