Most pathetic builder who is not ready to own responsibility of the delay in completion . I had booked in 2013 with possesion period as 42 months. Still no sign of any thing and builder is non responsive.STAY AWAY

Delayed Possession - I had booked flat in this project in Feb 2013 with a promise to handover the possession by Dec 2016. Its been a long wait of 8 yrs and there is no possession date in sight. Work is going on at snail s pace with very few workers working on the site. RERA deadlines are getting extended mutiple times from Dec 2019 to June 2021. Each investor has been given a different possession date ranging from December 2016 to Dec 2019. Every 6 months, possession date is extended by another 6 months to 1 yr. Possession dates promised by builder in writing on allottment letters, registered agreements and to RERA have all been blatantly defied so far. Now they have a new excuse of labour shortage due to ongoing Covid 19 pandemic. Investors are forced to pay bank loan EMIs and house rent both since last 4 yrs. There seems to be no sense of accountability of promises given and delivery of project deadline.
I was told everything is done and possession was supposed to be in June July 2020 now I see this updates. This is really pathetic. I invested in 2014 and I was told that the project will complete in 2017. Very unprofessional and still no updates when we ask them.

I had booked this property in August 2016, still construction is going on. when we visited the site, hardly 10 to 15 labours were working. We buyer have paid 80% of money to builder but no improvement in work, construction is very slow. Only B, C and D wing construction is going on. And they are planning to construct 8-9 building more. For old customer, they are opted/charging 8%GST (Actual 1%GST) on remaining balance.Note: No road facility, swimming pool will get after completion of all the buildings (wt*) then why we are paying club house charges.Think twice before investing or check other new properties in shil road.

The view of the lake is absolutely stunning and if you do visit the location, do make sure you take out 5 minutes and visit the lake.
Possession again extended to March 2020. We were promised for possession on Mar 2017. Almost 3 years delayed and now not providing possession on RARE completion date.
