Well renovated but I find its bit far from stations or bus stop so making the travel difficult. Else everything is great

Oid Bombay Poona road expansion work incomplete to be expedited. Half dug road OPP. Reliance market causing trouble to citizens.

Beautiful place.... More than that theres a tekdi a small hill behind the water tank and its an absolute beauty.

The best part about this society is that it is at the foot of the Parsik hills. Feels very close to nature.

Calm place... in monsoon it actually feels like you are in lonavla or konkan region. In winters it feels like you are in mahabaleshwar. So cold. U can hear little birdies singing you good morning song. But you cant get up because its too cold out there😅. Its like you went for trip and decided to spend your whole life there.Society gives you so many facilities like power backup, 24hrs water supply, hot water(solar) podium garden, gated security and club house etc.Reliance super market, kalwa police station, buses for ghatkopar, thane etc. share auto rikshaws for kalwa, mumbra and thane railway stations.Overall Very good place to live.

Its located in Parsik Nagar...a place a little away from crowd yet connected with central thane..flats in D1/2/3 are relatively bigger for prevalent loading by builders...Parsik hill just adjacent..having a vehicle helps..otherwise have to rely on shared auto or bus..ppl who want to be away from crowd will like this place..
