Fraud builder.... Mahesh Patel... fraudster ...my money stuck since 2009. Big cheat... dont give even a penny to him....u will regret lifetime

Under construction since 2013. Builder not able to complete the project in time. Possession date was Feb 2016. But till now nothing and no concrete date of possession is given. Everytime work stop after 1-2 slabs. If it is ready on time then worth to go for the project.

Mr Mahesh Patel you should have some ethics while talking to people atleast when you are at fault. Firstly u dont accept that is your fault that you are delayed in giving us possession that you were supposed to give in February 2016. And best part part is you tell us building is ready go and check at site. A underconstructed building is what you were suppose to give us? The way you scream while talking is pathetic we dont owe you anything but you definitely do.. And best part finally you tell customer so openly do whatever you want to possession will take time.

Location excellent, But Builder are fraud.

Project is good & location also good.But the issue is developer. Om sai infra is worst developing company ever I seen.Peoples invested their money from yr 2013 still they dont get any posession. And havent any idea about the possession.Developer is not be in touch with any flat owners, even not entertaining any customer properly.If you are planning to buy any flat think twice because we already facing alot.

Booked the flat in 2015 and date of possession mentioned in the aggrement was Dec 2016. Builder has not giving possession from last 4 years and not responding to the buyers. Dont invest in this property, builder is cheater.

Very poor construction . please do not invest in on Sai group & Om Sai infra . still I am not getting possession since last 4 years.Every times falls commitment.

Worst Project don;t ever invest into it, Builder is big lair. We a group of 30 members are fighting to get our possession but till date we are just fighting in Rera, Consumer court. Builder had diverted the money in other projects. If any one who is facing same issue please contact.

My husband has purchased a flat here in the B6 building in the year 2013 when the excavation process also hadnt started there..we were promised the possession in the year Feb 2016 and our building has not even reached the completion stage of the floor we have booked the flat...now under RERA he had given the date as March 2019..but for some odd reason we cannot even see the Phase 2 where we have booked the flat on the website....extremely poor management...poor construction speed...only and only false promises

This Builder is Fraud with Buyers with Help of MAHARERA and All Government Administrators And Only False Commitment with All Buyers.All Flats are MORTGAGE with 8 Financial Institute.

There is no sign of possession of flat. As per agreement possession supposed to be given by Feb2016 but presently all activity at site has been stopped. There is no sign when construction will resume. Very worst experience.

Developer is not serious for on time delivery, its pending from long time, suppose to give the possession long time back but still buyer are struggling to get their home and still there is no clear view when will get home key.
