Best place with all amenities.Exit road to Vrindavan society should have been done by TMC at priority basis, as exit to rabodi is very narrow and always traffic jammed.

Very good building location, right next to Mumbai-Nashik highway. Construction is poor quality if youre planning to buy or rent a home here. Way too costly for this quality of construction. Youll get everything right below your home but at an additional cost due to monopoly of these shops. Good parking area available. Visitor parking is not allowed inside building so youve to park it outside the building within the premises.

Society is very good and well maintained. near by facilities is also available like supermarket, medical, food outlets, vegetable vendors.

A Rustomjees project, Atelier is a huge building consisting of four blocks. It has a gym and kids play area. The security is excellent. The only downside is that there is no visitors parking in the complex.

Atelier is part of Rustomjee Urbania township in Thane West. Its a four wing society with major necessary ammenities barring Swimming pool. Everyday essentials stores are nearby. However, construction quality is an issue and most of the people have some or the other issue.

Nice place for family with proper ventilation, greenery, parking facility, club house,gym, transportation and dedicated super market for household stuff including vegetables.

Commutation problem, no nearby auto stand , recently TMC started bus service but of no use because timing is not matching as per office hours and bus timing difference between two buses is 1hr 30 min. No nearby market to purchase daily needs. Vrindavan society is nearby market but Acura building families can access only. School is available but just beside school heavy construction is going on which highly risky to send kids in that school. All time Trucks of cement material and other construction material using society roads because of these every time you will get heavy dusty environment. Sound of machineries highly irritating. Looking whole picture rent is very high.

This builder is basically out there to defraud the customer. The sellers for this building will conviniently forget to tell you that the entire complex has been created on the nallah (check the google satellite view, there are 2 sewage lines which basically go around the entire complex. I lost INR 50,000 on account of the fraudulent sales person called Sriram Kannan who will lie tooth and nail to sell you the property.

The Rustomjee urbania, located in majivada behind vrindavan society is good in terms of flats condition and MAINTENANCE, nice place for IT guys because rent is less here but there is serious issue of commutation from here for the working professionals who dont have their own vehicle with them. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY WITH WORKING WOMEN AND HAVE A HABBIT TO COMMUTE VIA AUTO OR PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION.

Unprofessional behaviour of builder beware of Sourav naik and chetna (sales person) they are frauds. They do multiple bookings on one flat. Go for resale property if you desperately want to buy in Rustomjee. Ur life will be easy.

Construction is not at all good. They cheat people by selling 1.5 bhk in the name of 2 bhk. Price is also very high.

Room size too small, highway facing flats have lot of noise , at night it is sharper, if h have small baby then don’t consider highway facing flats , garden facing flat is ok , there is smell of water channel near to it and in rainy season and peak summer it stinks
