Runwal Pearl is a very prime residential locality and well connected with the other parts of the city. All the basic facilities like mall, market, school, bank, hospitals and ATM are available nearby the locality. Transport facility is also good in this locality.  A wonderfully green, serene, peaceful and unpolluted area to live in. Construction not up to the mark. The clubhouse being new has to be renovated as the ceiling came down. Club house is not maintained. Walls are so thin that the intercom ringing next door can be heard through the walls loud and clear.

Never buy a flat here, due to high price, structural issues, and pathetic service by the builder. (as I bought one and realize the mistake).Even price to rent ratio is too less.

Google doesnt allow to put negative rating.I booked the flat one month ago in festive season by giving token amount, and now they called me and inform that we are cancelling your booking without any reason.Please dont believe this group.

This is a pathetic complex.The residents are cheap and foul mouthed . They starve the stray dogs who protect their society and also beat them with sticks.There is a mother dog that they starve and also don’t let feeders do their job in peace.I have video evidence of that.The people who live here think they are beyond the government laws. There is no humanity in the complex. Think before you want to stay here

Share to aware builder policy . As per booking letter of Runwal builder, point no. 14. If any customer not able to pay pending Amount then Total paid amount will not refundable and flat will cancel without further notice and interest rates on outstanding amount is 24 % for delayed payment So if you financial in trouble then your troubles and problems will increase if you book runwal builders flat. So think before booking flat with such builder.

The flat what they have showed me was not according to my preference and they said like they are providing well furnished flats but they are just providing you with probably 3.5 lakh vouchers which they will guide you to a store wheee you can buy the furnitures

Its next to Rcity mall thane ghodbunder road. 5 min walk in distance from Dmart. close to vegetable market and all other local services.
