Very well designed apartments. Infrastructure including Club House is good.

Cool n calm towers to live in with ample amenities.

Leakage in almost 23 flats in Pride Palms. Builder has not taken any action to mend it. My neighbours are suffering from heavy leakage issues and the cost to get it repaired is too much. Would not advise people to go for this building and suffer like us

Poorly constructed. Looks good from outside, but the real problem starts when your actually start residing in the flat.1)Area is infested by dengue mosquito through out thr year . I myself along with all my family members had suffered from dengue . And there has been death case reported because if dengue also2) Severe water leakage problem in almost all flats , which causes algae and fungus to grow in the walls. No repair works being carried by the builders (they have a 10 years water proofing warranty but still) and the leakage problem has been continuing since last 1 year.3) Foul smell always prevailing in the attached bathrooms and utility areas almost in all flats, and no resolution is being provided for this, as if you will have to live with this during your entire stay in pride palms.4) Be ready to face power cuts in the building because of improper works/maintenance being carried out by builders all the time Sometimes there will be power cuts for about 10-12 hours on an average. It looks like they dont realize what all troubles are faced by the residents because of this, and they take this very casually with no regrets. I have had sleepless nights because of these power cuts and also had to book hotel for many days.5) Very poor quality of water (sometimes pure white colour and sometime brown colour) often comes from the kitchen sink and bathroom taps.Ps: I have been living in multiple localities in Thane for last 10 years, and Pride palms is the worst building I have ever lived in, and that too being the newest one among all the buildings.

Worst quality flats.Water leakage problems inside flat & repairing measures are not implemented properly, frequent power cut, dengue mosquito problem, non hygienic open areas, wall quality is very poor . Some of these problems severely affected my physical health.This society does not even deserve one star.

Good society. Good quality construction & all amenities available. Well ventilated , breezy all the Time. Good area for walking & kids zone. Building compound very spacious.

Pride palms has got a good construction quality,best amenities and its a loveable place to live in.Has got a huge U. G. Tank for continues water supply in the tower. Proper enclosed STP tank made for sewage treatment.A spacious parking space,full of garden amenities,open space in the project in and around.Flats having a good ceilng height, and even specious layout in it with east and west facing entrance. Also the tower has been designed very beautifully from exterior part.
