I have been a regular for last 12 years for both yoga and karate.Girish sir has a very good knowledge of yoga and is very good teacher. Also being 6th Dan black belt in karate he has profound knowledge of body anatomy physiology nutrition.I plan to continue throughout my life practising yoga and karate with Girish sir.
