Bajaj customer care services is too poor. They didnt respect consumer. No response and very shameless attitude. Behaves better only duringLoan disbursement and after that bagwan bharose..
Bajaj Finserve does not have any corporate ethics, and this is true across the company right from senior management to sales officer. Company sleazes customers, I went through a gruesome experience for availing home loan, then now since my housing project is delayed I have been trying to put a request restrict loan amount and start EMI instead of present Pre-EMI. But the whole system built by owner of the company and management is such that one cannot put these request through. I sent mail, I recd reply rejecting my request. the IVR system is anyway designed only to sell product and not to solve any queries. And the epitome of shamelessness is nobody is bothered about customer service. My loan account no. 405HSL92214455. Promoters instead teaching wisdom to the world, should actually spent time & energy to understand how does his company functions and earns crores of profit.
Please dont buy any kind of loan from Bajaj. Their executives are cheaters. I bought Housing Loan and at the time of disbursement they had blackmail me saying that you will have to take Term Insurance Policy with Premium of Rs.2.50 Lakhs. Please never ever go with Bajaj.

Just had conversation with one of collection department lady i had some quaties .her behaviour was so rude and mannerless . she was in so hurry .i asked her for help she replied .jldi bolo or b customers h ...is this how u guys behave with customers i was also. the customer. she shouldt say thatforget about the service first teach your employees how to talk with customers with some respect and manner because of us they r working there and they r not even bothering r concerns .shamelesss

If there would have been mince rating to the Bajaj finance people would have rated them. No care at all for customers queries. staff is very rude and dose not updates the system. No response to the EMAIL. I will recommend next 1000 people not to prefer Bajaj Finance at all.

If Possible I want to give zero star for customer service also if you go to take home loan they will sell you insurance saying that it is mandatory but believe me it is not. They already cheated me for around 6 Lac. If you are looking for home loan please dont go for Bajaj Finance.
