Lovely food, excellent service, very warm hospitality. Every dish we tried was awesome. Very authentic in taste, it took us back to our native place. The food is not very spicy and the fish was fresh and good size portion. Total value for money. Strongly recommended.

One of the hidden gems in thane. This place is a bit small but dont judge a book by its cover, I had some really amazing food. For the first time I came across something called hotels special platter (Amantran special platter)where you get :Chicken, Mutton, Crab, Clams, Fish (pomfret and surmai), Chapati, Bhakri, Amboli, Chicken biryani, Gulabjamun, Solkadhi.3 people can easily finish everything also you get a lot of variety to eat. Everything tasted amazing, staff is courteous and they are very hygienic. Im glad I came across this restaurant.This place is highly recommended, do try their platter.Price of the platter - Rs 1300/-

A good quality food restaurant in Ratnagiri is hard to find, Amantran is one such place that will give you soul food. The place is quite small with no AC sitting area but you get Excellent non-veg food here. A must try is their sea-food dishes and one can even gorge on their typical Maharastrian veg thali to satisfy their tummy and soul. If you visit in Ratnagiri and you are looking for a place which serves the best Nonveg food..then you must visit this place.

This is a best place for foodie people..... They have a good quality of food. There is variety in their dishes and has a good taste. Their service is really good. The dishes are freshly prepared. Worst experience. On the menu they have 2 types of Surmai thali, one was Surmai thali and the other was Jumbo Surmai thali and the rate on the menu was 380. We asked for Jumbo Surmai thali. The owner said the rate would be 430 as the Surmai is big. I was like, what do you mean by Jumbo Surmai thali which is already a different category on your menu? There was no fish in the fish curry, upon asking the owner says people throw away the fish so we have stopped giving. So illogical.

Awesome restaurant for sea food. Located a bit inside (though it has a board on the main road), the restaurant has a wide array of sea food dishes - crabs, lobsters, fishes. Had roasted Pomfret and crab there, and they were delicious!!

Delicious dosa( आंबोळी), we ordered ten in quantity as pacel. And they served us hot. We also ordered prawns tava fry. And they also served hot and spicy. But it was little expensive with respect to quantity.

Amantran is our must stop dine in hotel as soon as we reach Ratnagiri , they have wide range of Malvan style fish thalis which we all love.My favourite is the surmai thali served with kokum curry. Must visit for every travelling to Ratnagiri

It is wonderful place and as per me it is number 1 for fish and crab lover same time they are best in chicken and traditional kokan food .Thanks management for making one of best lunch memory ..

Fish biriyani and Crab lollipop dishes are excellent. Good Malvan style food at a very reasonable price. Also like the hospitality of the staff and owner.

The worst place ever I have seen, we ordered mutton special thali, which consist of mutton biryani, egg, mutton masala,mutton rasa,amboli/chapati/bhakari- we took amboli as option. But not worth the rasa was so thick that we did not taste it, the masala dry was so taste less that till the end we did want to finish it.I would request please do not visit this hotel and at the same time I also recommend please stop online ordering.

Nice place to take a parcel food, speciality is sea food. Quality of food is good yet not so expensive. But sitting arrangements are not so good. Area of location is not so decent, everyone should first visit & decide to go with family or not.

I have visited this Restaurant multiple times earlier and I really liked their food. However, this time I visited this Restaurant after gap of 1.5 years. I ordered their day special menu of Tandoori Fish. Fish was not at all marinated,uncooked raw fish from inside, no taste at all. Even fish was not fresh. Solkadhi was tasteless which had more Water than coconut water.My dinner costed me somewhere between 1000 to 1100 for two persons. I would have got better quality food/Fish at Ratnasagar Beach Resort (where i stayed) or Carnival or Down town Restaurant at much lower cost with better ambience.Really disappointed with overall experience and I am forced to give one rating because there is no facility to rate lower than that.Being a Food Lover and especially seafood, it was forgettable experience and I left restaurant with promise to never visit it again.

I loved this place misal pav food.

I had ordered chicken sukka but they gave me chicken masala.This happened twice and when l messaged them they did not have the courtesy to respond or replace.They charge for sukka and give you masala for most dishes then they should remove sukka from the menu instead of fooling people.Quality was okay but scope for improvement.

Surmise (seerfish) is just uncomparable. Specially try one and its size. It accounts for melting moments.

Ordered Fish many times & the taste have every time pleasantly surprised with the typical malwani & what we call a “assal malwani food”. Solkadi is awesome as you rarely get an authentic solkadi in konakni/malwani restaurants. The quality of FISH is fresh & must say the team has kept up to the taste & quality of AMANTRAN, Ratnagiri.Wish the take away soon gets converted into a Restaurant, so that the lip smacking food can be enjoyed hot & crisp there itself.
