Product is good HOWEVER After Sales Service is PATHETIC.Company offers 2 time servicing after sale but I am a heavy user of AC so as part of negotiations, I asked for 3rd service to be included. The Salesman at the time agreed to this BUT 4 months later he claims he never agreed to this! His exact words were Main verbally kisi ko kuch bhi commit nahi karta, mujhe record mein check karna padega. Of course, their record mentioned only 2 services and the commitment was made in person so there was no phone recording either.Bad after sales service is one thing but Lying - just to close the sale - is completely unacceptable. Its a matter of integrity.I asked around in my society and couple of people said they faced a lot of installation delays and false commitments from Intercool.This experience deserves a 0 star buy Im giving 1 star because the product they have sold is very good.

I would call them saviour in this time of crisis i just made a call and they were at my place within 45 min.And my ac was fully functional in 20 min.Best quality service provided. technicians with good knowledge and behaviour wearing mask all the time .

He delivered top quality AC with fast service and also during very tough situation ie.during lockdown period.Second thing, the technician has done the installation in quick and easy manner. Also their technical skills are good.Overall:- Fully satisfied with the service.
