I have got a very bad experience today. They told they called me, but I didnt got the call. Other services is way better than this. Very worst experience and they returned the product.

I order product through Mi.com and courier reached the delivery hub in 2 days, they didnt deliver the product and returned in after 4 days saying customer not available. They didnt call or reach out to my home for delivery. just updated wrong status and returned the product. No ways to reach the delivery office or delivery agent.

Absolutely terrible service. Always marks consignment with bogus claims such as customer couldnt be contacted or cannot reach customers gate. Keeps items for days and automatically returns them without the customers consent.The worst part is that they provide no useful way of contacting the delivery personell or even the shipping hub. Highly unprofessional. If you see your e commerce shipment being shipped by ecom express in this area, chances are that you will not be getting it. Save your time and cancel the order.

My products actual delivery date was 27.05.21. They called me, once I attended the call, they had dropped the call. And they had informed to Flipkart that, customer is not available and cant able to connect. Such a bad service.Now they had cancelled order by themselves and gave feedback to Flipkart that, after somany attempts they couldnt reach me. A bad experience.

The baddest courier service I met and the worst customer service. They are not even giving the phone number of the delivery agent and at morning they will msg us that they are out for delivery and the product will not be delivered to us. I had order many products through ajio Amazon and the product is delivered by ecom. Too bad, the goods sent from Bombay on Jan 25 had to be taken to their godown in Thalassery on Feb 12. The goods arrived in Thalassery on Feb 1 but were not delivered.
