I loved this place. It is everything I have ever imagined. As a chemical engineer, I understand its importance and would advise ever chemical engineer to visit this plant and all the other plants in the vicinity.

Wow. Hope this is the chemical factory explained in the novel, “Village by the sea”. I guessed it because the time explained in that novel and the beginning of the factory ( 1978 ) has happened in a same time range.As explain in the book, the plan was to made a huge industrial zone from Revas to Alibage. But it seems the government has finally considered the bad effect of a larger zone of the factory to the Mumbai city and limited that zone only to the village thal. ( Thul according to the novel )I am a chemical engineer and naturalist in the same time. Happy about the final results. 🙂
