Worst product. We bought a cake from their N.C road based outlet. Cake was not at all fresh, it was stinking and sour in taste. When I complaint about the same staffs were not ready to accept the fault. One lady was there in cash counter, her behaviour was so rude and doesnt know how to treat a customer or how to deal with a customer complaint. Never going to buy anything from them. Worst experience

Clean, hygienic and properly maintained bakery. Their snacks, sweets and tea are really good and fresh. Darjeeling tea available there is one of my favorite tea.

Located conveniently at Chandmari, Tezpur. The place is a famous chain outlet for bakery items. Good quality bakery items and dairy products are available. However the reason for me giving three stars is the staff employed. Not once or twice but multiple times that I visited this place, the staff behaviour is found unfriendly. Very unfortunate, as they are spoiling the brand name and fame. They also refuse to give any bill for the products purchased and insist on cash payments which make their intentions very obvious. On insisting they say that the owner has instructed not to give any bill. Surprising !!

Good place to have a quick bite, enough range of biscuits but in terms of sweets may be not n the price a bit on the higher side... the place offers garma garam chops n those lovely petis lovely to eat...but the place has its own a disorder problem their swipe machine...most of the time it is out of order so one must bring enough cash in their hands
