Recently went to fit an SSD caddy in my laptop. The pricing was good. The repairing part of the shop is too small for the 4 repairmen there and around a dozen PCs being repaired. Anything could have gotten lost or mixed up in the commotion. The handling of laptop components was also rough.

Very worst experience, had given my Dell Inspiron laptop to replace Ubuntu and to install windows 10. Since i m working from home the system condition is healthy without any issue .I just asked to install OS. Essar system took more than a day and they have handover the system . When returning back the service person said there is an issue with my hard drive I havent asked them to check anything or to service anything in my system.i enquired with them and i m not compromised then I have came home. After reaching home my laptop battery is not getting charged even after 4 hours of charging. I m really wondering what they need to do with battery and what is the reason to intimate us about the hard disk weakness issue. The bad part was battery sticker has been entirely torned and the Battery is replaced . Just for a Os installation why the hell that the battery stickers to be torned and why he has checked the hard drive strength and all these things. Please dont give your valuable laptops to service here. Will post the photos too if required .
