I have been putting off this review for almost 2 months because I wanted to make sure that I got to extensively test the PC that I bought and it can be summed up in one word Wow. The website has allows you to select all parts and only shows you compatible with what youre already selected which would be a big plus if youre not 100% tech savvy. When you order your products you are given a notification everytime there is a change. I had some questions which I directed to the Customer Service Team (Vanessa) and they responded very quickly and professionally, in one case the Agent could not answer my question I was directed to a member of the Support Team (Tristan) who was able to address the question and explain the situation. Once the PC was shipped in arrived in Ireland 7 Days later, it was very well protected in the packaging and the PC has been running without a single issue. I recommend anyone who is buying full builds or even parts to give Ankermann a try.

First time to order with these. They have the best picking process I have seen out of any pc shop for custom configuration.They dont allow you to pick non stock items and automatically reject non compatible items during picking which is great peace of mind.From start to finish, they were fast, reliable and communicated well.Build quality was excellent and any little requests I made were done as asked. I bought a gaming desktop from Ankermann. They have a great website to configure & customize your computer. The setup & delivery took only 5 days. Im not sure about the offline store, but never order online from them. I put an order of 1340 EUR for items that appeared to be in stock. After three days I get an email that the order was cancelled. I still didnt receive my money back, they didnt answer to any of my emails, and it also didnt work to call them. Terrible experience. I can only hope I get a reply soon.

We ordered a custom build pc online on Thursday. Their configurator on the website is excellent, showing incompatible parts and even an expert mode for search. Everything from shipping, ordering, explaining configurator etc. is fully explained on the website. Very pleasing experience. Within the hour customer support got in contact with us via email, super friendly and nice. We had some requests the next day which were forwarded to the building team and the technician called us monday morning asking if we had any further requests and told us to get in contact with them if there should be anything we need help with and such in general. They shipped it Monday and it arrived Wednesday afternoon on our doorstep (we live in Sweden). The package was very safe and secure packed. The PC was ready to go, we turned it on and started gaming right away :D It is extremly silent, it runs smooth and fast. Price - Value - Customer Service all is exceptionally amazing with Ankermann, we really have to praise them! :DThank you Ankermann Team, you took very well care of us, we are so very much pleased with everything. 10/10 would order anytime again with Ankermann!

Vorsicht vor Ankermann! Im März diesen Jahres eine von Ankermann vorgeschlagene PC-Konfiguration bestellt. Hat auch gut geklappt. Nach kurzer Zeit Gerät defekt. Support kontaktiert und Gerät zur Reparatur eingeschickt. Gerät nach ca. 14 Tagen zurückerhalten. Verpackung wurde dann schon schlechter. Nach kurzer Zeit gleicher Fehler wieder. Support erneut kontaktiert und die Rückmeldung erhalten, man werde baugleiches Gerät vorproduzieren und mir dieses nach Rücksendung des bemängelten zusenden. Nun beginnt das Dilemma. Defektes Gerät in der Originalverpackung mit dem neuen Ankermann-Rücksendelabel ist auf dem Postweg abhanden gekommen. Auf Nachfrage bei Ankermann habe man bereits einen Nachforschungsantrag gestellt. Weiterhin jedoch nun die Aussage, man könne kein identisches Gerät vorproduzieren und erwarte nun doch zeitnah den Eingang des verlorenen Gerätes. Nach einer Woche erneute Kontaktaufnahme zu Ankermann, wie es denn nun weitergehe und ob mir der Kaufpreis erstattet wird. Info von Ankermann, dass man die Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises eingeleitet habe. Nach weiteren 10 Tagen kein Geldeingang auf Paypal zu verzeichnen und keine Reaktion mehr auf erneute Nachfrage. Fühle mich durch die falschen Aussagen von Ankermann betrogen und werde nun rechtliche Möglichkeiten prüfen lassen.

Ordered a monitor online there. Since I live in the immediate vicinity, Ankermann wrote to me whether I would like to pick up the screen in order to save unnecessary shipping costs, so far very attentively.The next day I went there to pick up the monitor. When purchasing, an invoice was selected.I went into the store and was greeted in an unfriendly manner. When asked what I want here, I said I had email contact with the company and would like to pick up my monitor.After the employee fetched the monitor, he asked me if I really wanted the monitor. There was nothing to complain about here, exemplary service and support.I had a PC assembled at the company. My concerns that something might be damaged due to transportation on the way to Portugal to where I lived were vain. The PC was well packed and protected. Even a pillow was inserted in the case that nothing could be torn from the motherboard (graphics card and CPU cooler were quite large and heavy).Already when compiling the components on the homepage I was very pleasantly surprised how user-friendly the page is structured and how it worked. It was fun to click and try there. Praise there too, because I know completely different websites.In retrospect, I decided on the Office package. There I had some problems with activation. Although everything was installed correctly and the key was accepted, there were still inexplicable errors.Now I had to use the support and I was given competent help. Not standard responses as I have often heard from other supports. The problem was specifically addressed.Conclusion: There was nothing to complain about here!

Today my new Threadripper PC arrived, built with the components I wanted. Everything went wonderfully and smoothly. It is not the first PC that I buy from Ankermann, and it will not be the last. Highly recommended!

An inexpensive office computer was ordered from Amazon. The case makes a very valuable impression, the interior is, as expected, spartan. The built-in Fujitsu MB and the Intel processor do their job. The power supply is designed a bit thin but reasonable for the price. The upgradeability is very limited. The sold BS Win 10 Pro is preinstalled, as is the Office 2019 Pro Plus. The Office license is a volume license. The support reacts very quickly and politely. In view of the very low price, a good computer operator who fully meets the usual requirements in the office. If you want more, you have to invest more. Based on my previous experience, I would definitely recommend Ankermann.

I can only warn against purchases from this provider. The order processing still works ok. But you should have problems, questions or similar. you are left alone in the rain. I have never experienced such a bad service. Once and never again!

Unpacked, connected, switched on and it runs and runs ...... what the Ankermann company has delivered here puts everything I have had in the shade. Both of the performance (AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12x 3.80GHz, Corsair Vengeance LPX 64 GB, DDR4, 3200 MHz 64GB, ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER OC 8GB GDDR6, Samsung 970 Evo Plus Solid State Drive (SSD) M.2 1000 GB PCIe ...), as well as the processing. This workstation is a real masterpiece!Although I ordered 3 weeks before Christmas (boom phase), the waiting time was only 7 days. During this time I was contacted twice by an Ankermann employee to coordinate technical improvements to the configuration (at no extra charge!). When ordering as a delivery service, I clicked on the much cheaper delivery via DHL, because I used the GO! Express did not know. The Ankermann company still has the proven GO! Express commissioned with the delivery to Vienna and the difference in cost to DHL accepted in goodwill. I received the shipping confirmation (tracking link) by email on Tuesday (evening), the next day, Wednesday at 2 p.m., the GO! But lets start from the beginning:The homepage has a very clear structure and the configuration of a PC works very well, because the system informs immediately, for example, if the selected components are compatible with each other. On 03.09.19 PC compiled for about 1800 €, Amazon Pay as a payment option selected and sent the order. Prompt came the order confirmation without any request to take further steps. A little later, the amount on my credit card (definitely covered by a multiple of the purchase price) as a book, but not booked displayed. Everything is wonderful here.After a week, the note on the credit card suddenly disappeared. No message from the company Ankermann. On 12.09.19, so 9 days after ordering a ticket solved with the request to tell me if there were problems with my order. No reaction from the company Ankermann. On 18.09.19 the ticket commented again with the request to give me an answer to my simple question. Again no reaction of the company Ankermann.Conclusion: Clear homepage with a large offer, customer service unfortunately absolutely insufficient. Therefore, I can only strongly advise against orders from Ankermann. Maybe Ill get at least an answer to this negative review. At least that seemed to have worked in the past before. The lost time, in which I could have ordered from another provider, annoys me the most.
