I have not had the privilege of indulging in these beautiful boards as of yet. However, I have been in communication with Gina regarding an order placed and an issue. Gina was extremely professional and helpful in resolving the issue quickly.

Unfortunately, my experience with this highly recommended local business was not a good one. I ordered the charcuterie tray for 20 people 4 days prior to my event. My payment posted immediately and I received an email confirming my payment, order and day/time. When my husband went in to pick up our order, he was told they didnt have any orders for pick up that day. I called the owner to find out what happened to our order. She gave me some kind of an accounting excuse and said these things happen. She said she was currently working on it and it would be about another 10 minutes. I explained this order was supposed to be ready over an hour ago. I further stated that based on her website, I figured she could handle a small order like ours since she advertises boards for much larger events. She said she certainly could and said as I already said this will be ready in about 10 minutes. She sounded annoyed, which was even more frustrating for me since I had guests at my home waiting for the food that was supposed to be ready. Based on the attitude of the owner and her lack of concern for my time frame, we will not use her business again, this was not convenient or professional. The price I paid in aggravation was not worth the creativity I attempted in thinking outside the catering box.

What can I say. I am a huge fan of Grazing Theory. Her founder Gina is an incredible human being. If you want to make an HUGE impact for a special occasion or at your event. This is the way to go! You will wow your guests with these fabulous grazing boards. Now, if you are interested in learning the art, make sure to attend a workshop! Gather your friends, learn the craft, sip on wine and graze away!!

Went specifically to try to support a new, local business. I walked straight out when I saw the woman behind the counter working and chatting completely without a mask. I watched for a bit to see if it was a mistake, but she kept on walking in and out of the kitchen area, talking to customers (also without masks), preparing food...Big NOPE for me.

I am an event Florist and I have seen grazing theories beautiful boards many times at Weddings. I am sooo excited that they have opened a store front. I cant wait to support them! Epecially after reading a silly review bad mouthing them about not wearing a mask >:[

I found out about Grazing Theory the Friday before Easter and called to see if I could get a charcuterie board for Easter (I was sure it was too late) and Gina not only took my order but delivered early Easter morning because I had to work that day! The board was gorgeous and so amazingly delicious! I’ll be a repeat customer for sure! Thank you so much!!

Wonderful food and the were delicious 😋
