Located on the top floor of the shopping center is well stocked with everything, wash machine, fridges, tv, telephones, and more. the employees are very well prepared and know all the products offered help in case you need assistance so you can decide what you want to buy. Valid parking in the parking area arranged for the whole shopping center.
Great place to test and buy stuff. I wanted to buy a computer display, but before getting it, I asked a store employee to allow me to compare 3 displays side by side, to observe the difference. I spent a couple of hours looking and testing them. The guys are great, willing to help and give you information and advices. I recommend their network of shops. It gives you a 14 days return policy for most of their products, which is also great

Ive ordered 3 things to pick up in the shop. Ive got a message that I can pick up my order. When I got there, Ive found out, that only two things were ready to pick up, the third one arrives another day.I think its ridiculous to send message about pick up, until not the full order is complete.

One of the biggest showroom of this kind in Bucharest, here you will find almost everything, from a simple cable to the last console or computer generation (which is a valid affirmation for the pre-covid era 😁). A good place to see big appliances before buying, too, they have a lot of them. Unfortunately, during the covid-19 period, the place got far less popular than usual, as most of the shopping Malls in our city. 5 of 4 stars because the employees are not quite top.
Average mall, average variety, non English speakers in most shops, which made the experience hard.

Please update your game stocks, Ive received the confirmation email that the game i.e Mafia definitive edition ps4 it is indeed in stock and the costumer representative told me that is not, train and teach your employees to pay more attention to costumers requests. He showed/told me that the game is -1 in stock, but I received the email that the game is in this location should have paid it online but pick it up myself see where would the situation evolve😂and why create this confusion???? Personally I think he was frustrated that I wanted the game and for him was too late and tiring to look physically for the game, so please train employees to be more costumer orientated and a bit happier rather than low esteemed and negative. Regardless of any situation...

Staff initially said I could not return the headset I bought a day earlier because it not their policy, but I stood my ground and reminded them that I have 30 days to change my mind, equivalent to UKs 14 day, change my mind policy. Be wary, know your rights and excercise them.
