Proper services expected . Being adviced several times from Customer Care for FREE SERVICE I attended . But got a part service instead of thorough service . Only changed the battery having full price . Yet problem wasnt solved, to attend again .

Very poor service... Behavior is bad. One have to wait 2 hours to know the problem of his device even if he obtain paid service. No facility of waiting room while repairing your device.

There service is good but day by day internet speed becomes slow...

Behavior of employees is very bad. Indiscriminate harassment is done here. Does not accept digital payments. Refuse to accept payment from JIO MONEY. Please dont go here.

Jio service is good but in our location jio network is very poor.

Not good, not working properly, They deciding that they want to help your Problem to short out or not. No matter your product is in warranty or not, they dont listen you until they want to, rude behaviour, its totally opposite from Jio service which we not expected.
