This hotel is at superb location in tanmarg..The outside view from my hotel window was amazing.Staff are too good.Anything we require was given to us within minutes......Food was really amazing and tasty.Room heaters were provided to keep the room warm.Hot water availability was superb.Warm electric blankets were provided.We have spend 2 nights here and will definitely come here again.

Didnt find good food. Yesterday we ordered chicken fried rice but there was a weird smell coming out of the food. Also, the ordered boneless chicken kanti was like a food prepared in hospital canteen. Literally it was a waste to be there.

Food was really Good!Room Service and Other services were really good.1 thing which needs to be improved was room hygiene, mattress was uneven.Overall it was comfortable and satisfying :)

This is located at Tangmarg Gulmarg road a well-known hotel and restorant. Good service better quality and view of the restaurant is most good looking.

Great Service. Staffs are really nice. The hotel is not situated in Gulmarg. It is in Tanmarg13 Kms away from Gulmarg. But there are a few shops near the hotel where you could try few bakery items. So, for me it was a great experience as staffs are really helpful to make your stay comfortable.

Superb location. Fantastic food and hospitality.Very close to Tangmarg Bus stand and market. The kahwa served here was best ever kahwa tasted during my visit to Kashmir. Rooms were very and neat and well maintained. No one rushed or urged us to leave the room once the check-out time was crossed.Mr. Sajad was very friendly and helpful during the stay. He and his staff helped us in getting the vehicle arranged for the local site seeing.

We loved the meals and the staff was polite and well natured . The room was also hygeinic and the location was also very good

Not so good, ordered tandoori chicken was not fresh may be due to less customers.

Room are good but not as per price

Very cooperative staff . We visited in snow time and the staff kept a heater near us without asking and also gave us hot water. We were there for breakfast . The parathas were very tasty and even the bread omlete was amazing .The restaurant has a beautiful view of the oncoming road and the market. Its a beautiful view in winter when its snowing.Even the kawa we had was one if the best .

Walk 2 km to Gandola or take another car. This is not near Gandola, if you are coming in own/hire car then it will be parked near hotel .Hotel is small and rooms are very small but good. Washroom lacks basic things. Heater is ok. Restaurant is small but food and service is good.

Best staff with great service

This hotel is actually poorly located outside Gulmarg. View from the hotel is pathetic but yes the rooms are good and airy. This hotel is not maintained, as you can see monkey poop in the balcony. You will find buffalo grazing in its garden. There are much better and competitive hotels around this place.Staff is good and very supportive though. This is the only good thing about this hotel. I would not recommend anyone for this hotel.I visited here in the month of january 2019.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Couldnt have been more sweet, giving me directions to a function I was attending along with a helpful map, ensuring parking in car park and facilitating an early check in
