Love Indian food and their spices 👍The snacks and appetizers:Mushroom duplex 5/5Paneer 65 5/5Fried Bindi (okra) 5/5Mains:Chicken tikka masala 5/5Fish radha 4/5Bread:Cheese naan 5/5Butter garlic naan 5/5Chapati 5/5Theres outdoor seating and they dip all utensils into hot water for precaution.

From all i ordered, love their mutton bothi kebab. Moist and juicy with perfect combination of fat and muscle meat.Happy to finally try panipoori, an indian street food seen in tv. Cant judge since this is my 1st time.The lowlight from this meal would be masala tea. Should have asked if they use fresh milk rather than some powdered or instant mix.

This is the only Indian restaurant at Benton Junction, and its been there for a long time. The front desk is very informative, the first time we went there she would explain patiently about the food and spices and heat level.Highly recommended for vegetarians and those who love food adventures.We had Kashmiri naan (naan with dried fruits, very tasty-we ordered second helpings), paneer in aloo, and mushroom duplax.

Have a lot of side dish and option for vegan or non vegan. Delicious, most nearly authentic than other indian restaurant nearby.The waiter even told you first if some food would take a long time to be served, very polite and with a smiling voice.

Their special menu Lamb raan, melted inside your mouth, savory with perfect blend of spices. Fantastic!

The best place to eat indian food

This resto is located at Benton Junction Lippo Village, very authentic India, tasty.Seating area about 40 pax.So many menu Indian, if you miss with Indian Food, you may come here.Indian menu such as naan, fried briyani, mutton briyani, indian tea etc.They only serve chicken and mutton.

Weve visited Taal a few times but weve made many purchases online. My Indonesian friends arent accustomed to the multiple spices known for Indian food but my wife and I love this restaurant so much. I believe the chef himself is native citizen of India yet he would take the time to come to our tables during our times there. We love the tomato flavor cheese soup one (I dont what its called but my wife memorizes the menu. lol) and definitely kofta. Sure I must say the ingredient may have been changed a bit where its savory with a hint of sweetener in kofta, yet its just right. Please keep in mind its better to eat it immediately after being served fresh off the pot. It goes through changes once you put it in the fridge although you can always reheat it nicely with a saladmaster type of steel pot.Weve tried many other food from this restaurant. I dont think it is highly vegan friendly but very friendly lacto-ovo vegetarians. The price is steep. I dont remember the price but maybe around minimum of IDR 50k and above/food item. Please keep in mind though Indian restaurants typically serve food in large quantity.Cheers.

I was in Jakarta just for a day. I have never tasted such an amazing food anywhere in this world. I would love to thanks Chef of the Taal. It wont just fulfill your tummy but also your Soul. My tummy was full but I did not stop eating cos my soul was asking for more. I cant describe in words. I wish I could take it home. I ordered it from Grab next time I would personally like to come and eat in the Tall restaurant. Lots of love!

Such a lovely restaurant. The menu is just too amazing. You hardly find such good menu in many restaurants in India!!! The food is so tasty you dont feel like eating outside India. The Aunty on the counter is so courteous that I would certainly visit this place again next time I visit there. I miss taking the pic of the food.

At the time of writing this, Taal is the only Indian food restaurant in the area. Food quality and taste is generally good. If you prefer food low on spices, please ask in advance and generally they should be able to accommodate. Youll get beer but when you may also like flavoured Lassi instead! They have a decent open sitting space as well but due to high traffic on the adjacent road and a bit of pollution, it is more comfortable inside. Staff and service is appreciable. Only issue is the space which could be a constraint for a large group.

Great Tasty Food. Lot of variety in Veg Menu too. Staff was nice. Very good Hospitality. Owners were personally monitoring the staff and service which showed their commitment towards maintaining quality . Chapathis were soft and home style i guess those were Freshly made. Fully recommend it.

My Indian colleagues said that its not 100% indian food.. well, but i hardly to distinguish it.. good food. Price? not that so cheap, but i think for something that not ordinary its ok.

Apparently very nice. Have a WIDE range variety of Indian Curry. Really like the taste and the kind service they served. I think the owner is also Indian, so maybe they have authentic taste of indian curry.

This restaurants service is way below poor. Before we got it there, we DID ask in advance whether Zomato Gold promo (buy 1 get 1 free) was available or not. They said yes, we came in, we ordered (waited for about 30 minutes while nobody was there on the queue). When we were done, we asked for the bill (they hadnt printed out the bill yet) and they told us that we couldnt use the Zomato Gold promo. It was because we needed to unlock the code before we make the order. This doesnt make sense at all. Even if it does, well they shouldve told us way before! We DID ask about the promo, and they KNEW it. We complained to the owner, but the owner didnt do anything about it. They couldve cancelled whatever they put into the system and rearrange a new order, but they didnt bother. Id definitely try to fight for it if there was no other guest in there. Very disappointed. The taste of the food is so average. Never worth the price.

The best authentic indian food there is in lippo karawaci. the chef and owners are indians so you could taste the real indian food instead of other indian restaurants because there isnt any indian owner or chef that could lead the staff. if there isnt any of both, the dishes will taste different.

The food sucks and it is very expensive. I ordered food 5:30 PM and got served at 6:30 PM. You better bring your own food if you Wana visit this restaurant. I will give it 1 out of 10.

Sorry to say place and ambience not comfortable. Price overprice for that quality of food. Curry was sorry to say no taste at all. And located at worst place ever in karawaci. Carpark is too narrow and with hectic payment system that required you to walk all the way to the back just to pay first. And when is rain you have no other choice than get wet from the rain no cover for walk no nothing at all. 😑

The only indian food in the area but overpriced

I might give this place a second chance one day, but its unlikely. Food was decent, Ill say. But the service was terrible - I mean, I know its Lebaran and all, but theres no point making customers feel like theyre disturbing you - just close if thats the case.But the kicker was the dead cockroach on the floor next to me - that the staff didnt even bother to remove after I pointed it to them. I just hope the cockroach didnt have the butter chicken...

This place used to be a decent indian place to go eat fake-ish indian. But the naan has gotten progressively worse and thats one of the first reasons you go eat at an indian place! There are other places worth your time and money. Portions are small.

If you really like Indian cuisine you can go to this place for affordable Indian meal. They have great Indian bread collection including all types of naan however the gravies including dal makhni was a little sweet. But over all a good bet.

The place is not really big, but the food is ok. The briyani rice is delicious, very tasty. I think Taal is the only indian restaurant in Tangerang so if you guys looking for different food, other than korean and japanese, this is your choice. No regret.

If u r an Indian, the food is good though not 100% authentic

Been there on Saturday evening and the place is so quite not much customer dining in. It is our first time here and we have tried the recommended food, we go with Chicken Malai Tikka and spinach (forget the name) and it is delicious. Will try other menu next time.

Can fulfill your carve to indian food

Not recommended. Burned the Naan and overcharged. They are too pricey. Their prices on the internet are not even close. One dish that was listed as 22.000 was actually 60.000 while plain Naan went up to 18.000. Its not worth it anymore. Our order of 100k for two people came out at 160k. Will not order again.
