Faithful customer with my company but what a disappointment. I discovered by pure chance, in a POS, an identical product (brand / weight / ...) bought a short time from RAJA. It appears 4x cheaper in TTC (€ 10.99) vs the Raja rate (€ 45.50 HT)! I call customer service to understand and try to benefit from a gesture in view of the observed discrepancy. They explain to me (admittedly kindly) that no gesture is possible. And that on their products which are not their core business (yet present in their catalog), its troubleshooting and you have to look at the prices. Either way, the company does not rebate vs. competition.Assessment for Raja, a client who becomes an ex client and I invite everyone to check the prices. Indeed, after analyzing my past invoices, I discovered that there are better markets for identical quality elsewhere (cardboard / bubbles / ...)

Niveau rapidité jai rarement vu plus rapide, bravo et merci.Concernant la qualité, jai pris les cartons bruns à 2 couches dépaisseur et cest parfait, la qualité est top. Produit bien emballé également.Si je dois chipoter, je dirai que les frais de port sont un peu chers mais bon jimagine que la rapidité se paye aussi (livraison j+1 en standard).Si jai besoin de cartons je sais où aller désormais !
