I just needed 1 form so I did the 7 day trial. I ran my form and kept for a few days in case I needed something else. I didnt so I called and cancelled my subscription before the end of the trial. They were very helpful cancelled without a hassle and even cancelled my automatic payment. I was very pleased.

Although I cancelled my membership shortly after using eForms, I was pleased in the way they handled my one project. I do not foresee using them in the near future, but will do so when it seems likely that I have sufficient work for them to handle.

E-forms helped me sell my real estate property (land only) with just 2 months of subscription. I got technical help when needed, easily. And when I evidently did not properly end’ the renewable subscription, I was able to cancel and get a refund with no hassle at all.I really appreciate and like ‘these folk’!

I was requested by a friend to help with a form. Only needed one. It was a fabulous form but only needed the one. Did the trial period and planned to cancel. I missed it by one day. I requested a refund and help to stop the subscription which we all know could be a hassle. Eforms was amazing. Prompt and understanding and honored my request.

If I were thinking I might be in need of anything with regards to documenting a transaction or such, I would recommend starting with their easy forms you can look at and get a better idea if you really need, or want to use them. Even if I you have to provide a credit card. They make it easy to cancel.

Very nice and quick to issue a months refund and cancel. I only needed one contract. A months worth of use costs $39.99. It was way more than I needed. Very expensive unless you use a lot of forms.

Very pleased with the selection of forms and the fact that you can fill them out online and then print them. The subscription rate is very affordable if you need it. They offer a free 7 day trial. If you only need a few forms.

I have been using eForms for a couple of years now. And is a great help for both my retail, and real estate, businesses. I use it for everything from creating job applications, to rental applications and leases. Was able to find the document I needed. I had to contact customer support to resolve an issue which was resolved in one phone call. So, customer service assistance was great as well.

When I found the cancellation-link after the chat-window popped it up, the process went very smoothly.

I had a issue with charges being charged that i had not made, due to the fact my laptop was stolen. The customer service agent resolved my issue with no worries. I was very glad that she resolved this issue with patience, kindness and swiftly.

I needed some real estate forms and eForms provided exactly what I needed. It was also available immediately. I will definitely use them for future transactions. An annual subscription is very reasonable.

The forms are updated and the software is easier to use all the time. I have been creating and keeping my leases on this site for a number of years. When there is a problem (rarely) the support staff are very helpful.

I guess i feel that when it comes to POAs and other legal forms that they should not be so general that they could be questioned. I also thing you should be able to tailor them for hte price of you have to pay.

Great service! I missed the trial period but they send an email to say they have billed so i was able to call, get a human right away and they cancelled my subscription and refunded the charge with no problems.

The customer service was great.The software is a bit wonky. If you hit return the software moves you to the next page. Some of the prompts were confusing. The calendar for a start date and end date is very clumsy to use.

I got an advanced directive for $45 along with customer support for what I didnt know how to customize on the form. A lawyer would have charged me A LOT more. (I actually paid one some time ago, yet didnt get all the key categories included on eForms.) Now Im ready to send it out to the folks I listed in my advanced directive for their signature. Im delighted.

Gentleman was nice and answered all of my questions. I like you format. I have not decided where to go online for my needs at this time. I assumed it was going to be free as advertised so I completed one will and then It say I need to open an account and provide a credit card. That is what I call bait and switch. I know it is not a lot of money involved and it states that I can go online and cancel prior to seven days and there will be no charge. I do not disbelieve the statement but things happen. Also I have encountered issues, who hasnt, where we have been advise that crooks have stole our card numbers. Kevin was the agent who helped me via chat. He was so kind and helpful to extend a one time courtesy to have a very important document emailed to me. I needed a pdf copy so that I didnt have to scan each page one at a time. He saved me a great deal of time which I appreciate very much! Mind you...I do not have an active subscription with them as I rarely need to create forms, so again he didnt have to do that. With that said, whenever Im in need of creating documents, I will always return to eForms for two very simple reasons, the ease of creating any document and the great customer service. 5 stars!!!!!

These eForms are very easy to use. I needed something for settling up an estate. The forms are all fill-able so you dont have to print them off first. You can open them on your computer, fill it out, save it, download it and then e-mail it to wherever it needs to go.

Easy to use . Nice forms

Largely a good experience; however, not all forms are equally helpful in creating a document. Some have questions/prompts and some dont. I wanted a Limited POA and looked at the POA incomparison. The latter had questions to answer, but the former was free form. I would have liked a combination.
