Building is not fully occupied. There is Arun Daily Ice cream shop and well established Baby Care Shop in the ground floor, South Indian Bank in the 1st floor, Multi facility Gym in the 2nd floor. Some shops are yet to be opened

Nice place , but no washroom facility
