Behaviour to the customer is the most important thing in a business. The sales person here isnt polite in any way. Bad experience recently.

We had an issue with one of the appliances we got from here, and wanted to return it. The staff were really helpful and made the process easy.Unless the staff are not good and helpful, a store however big it might be wont do business. So kudos to the team at National.

Very bad service. They dont know how to deal with customers. Bought an AC unit 2 years back . They didnt even mention about service procedure and all. When I called them last year they told to contact service centre global customer care team without providing areawise service details.

Worst customer service.....i had bought a 50 inches led tv from here and its display had a problem with in the warranty period and now its been 4 months i complained about the product and till now its not solved....while calling the company staffs they are saying that it will be solved with in 10 days and now its almost four months....while calling nre they are not giving proper responses they are only responsible on selling.....very worst service i have ever seen....this is truly a cheating......

The shop is having so many years of Legacy. Laptop, Camera, Internet modem etc are also available in the shop.

Highly recommended. Best Experience. I have called many electronic retailers but got very rude behaviour on call and finally called National Electronics eventhough they are quite far from my place. They know how to understand the customers’ needs and they provide the best possible customer support. I would like to mention the sales person Deepesh. Even when it’s on call, they understand what we are looking for and give us all possible options without any hesitation. They are available on call whenever we have some queries and if busy , they never forget to revert!! Bought an Ac from them yesterday. NATIONAL ELECTRONICS is one of the biggest electronics store in TALIPARAMBA. Unfortunately I wasnt find any of my needy things here. They are not dealing with all brands or may be not dealing all varients of a particular brand. Washing machine all varients are not available.

WORST ,BAD, ARROGANT , IRRESPONSIBLE on after sales . Pleasing and cordial till you spend your penny on their products which all seems to be branded items but ACTUALLY I DOUBT are FACTORY SECONDS BEING SOLD AS NEW WITH A DISCOUNT .Worst ,arrogant and cheaters on after sales service . Me and my friends personal experience was buying a kelvinator fridge worth some 8000 last December of which my friends got damaged within a few months and the worst happened for me. While I was away from my room in the night my fridge got fire and my whole room was burned in fire resulting in me loosing all my properties kept in the room amounting to one lakh rupees including my Lloyd AC . I registered a complaint with them as it happened within the warranty period .Even the inspector from kelvinator admitted it was the problem with fridges compressor and convinced me not to take a complaint in consumer court and told me they will replace the fridge and not my loses .Anyway i thought gone is gone and I thought I will just get the fridge .its been around 6 months ,some thousand calls from my side to get it replaced and thousand false assurance by em everyday .next day .next day .finally till now nothing has happened .Customer care executives are trained to cheat customers for as long as they can.After around 6 months of trying i finaly called them last week and got angry with em and I told am going to move it legally .Then one Mr Saji assured me that he will get it done in 5 days .now its past one week .now he also dont attend my calls. Eventually I lost my time , my money amounting to one lakh and my patience. Just writing this so late so that atleast someone will get saved from these fraud dealers and go-to better ones .These dealers if they cant replace a fridge of bare 8000 what gaurantee they give for the priced products they sell .Am planning to fight em through consumer court and a criminal case for cheating .Now its my turn- National Electronics Taliparamba. Am a doctor and when it takes me to write this with somuch time it really means BAD. Many would have had similar experiences with em but not aware of social platforms like this and would be walking through their store for days and days to get a repair or service .let it be a beginning.
