Pathetic.I took my acer laptop which was under warranty to this place since there was a problem in charging the device. They said that the warranty wont be valid since its a physical damage (which was apparently visible only to their magical eyes) . They asked for Rs 4000 for replacing the part.I took the same laptop to Mangalore, and the acer service center identified it to be a charging pin misplaced problem. They did it under warranty. No charges.In short, stay away from this place even for new stuff from them as they dont honour the basic warranty.
