Good place to stay with family. Lobby is relatively hot! No welcome drinks served at reception!! Good service. Rooms are well furnished. Swimming pool is not well maintained...water should be changed frequently...

If you book them just for the swimming pool do not book. Yes they have large swimming pool facility, but they often dont care for their general guests. They often regret to serve giving the excuses that national cricket team has booked their venues, rooms, we preserved swimming pool for them etc. They even can cancel your room booking without any notice by giving excuse of cricket team. You will arrive and get to know from the reception..

Bathroom fityings are not renewed as per a 3 star hotel. They have buffet management for breakfast. Rooms are spacious. Convenient.

This place is located at the center of Sylhet city. Transports are convenient from here. On top of that I believe staff attitude is top notch and their complementary Breakfast tastes too good. You will get free swimming pool, gym and parking included on your room rent. No hidden charge. Overall, I am extremely satisfied. I stayed at room 506 and it was too good to forget. Will revisit if possible.

This place is so luxurious and they are so much helpfull to satisfy customers. They provided some facilities that satisfied me. I personally want to visit there to have another memories. If you visit sylhet, my request is to visit there. After grand sultan, this is my second nd choice to visit there. Their rooms, foods, and facilities are budget friendly.

Staff: excellent, well behaved, cooperative. Received us 2am at night.Room: very clean including the washrooms.Parking: enough, adjacent field and shades.Drivers accommodation: regular single room with only 2000 taka including breakfast.Overall: more than expected for a 10 hours stay.

I have spent 3 days and 2 nights at Nirvana. My first impression of the hotel was good. We got our desired room. They received us well with a welcome drink. Our rooms were ready before 11am (one hour before our check in time). This was a great plus as we were really tired after night long commute.They provided most of the facilities except slippers for the room, fridge and (one big thumbs down) warm water for shower. I did complain but they were reluctant to fix the issue. They didnt even change our room. Hence, we had to settle with cold showers in slightly crisp February.Complimentary breakfast comes with relatively limited but tasty options. However, they dont serve fruit and the fruit juice was not very good.Finally.I did feel very secured inside the hotel.Overall, its quit good.

This hotel should be monitored by its management for better service to the guests. Breakfast is very ordinary. They claim it as 4 starts but i will value it as 2 starts. Staffs are unprofessional but happy to serve. Rooms are clean. I stayed at family suites with my family which was spacious but Double sized Beds should be more spacious for 2 persons.

Nice budget hotel with a good buffet breakfast. Easy communication. Food quality is good and price is okey. But stayed there for 4 days. At the time of booking and check in they said we can have swimming but after check in we cant swim because they said swimming pool will be ready tomorrow, they give some medicine. This thing is not proper, last day before my check in there swimming pool gets back to its normal condition.

Very worst soup ever, no taste, just eggs in the boiled water, although its a chicken corn soup but you have to find chicken and corn through magnifying glass. A soup of 350 taka worth only 50 taka. Nothing to say!

This was dirty hotel. The staff are dishonest including manager. We booked a Honeymoon Suite but gave us the Couple Deluxe room. We had to argue to get the what we book and paid for. Please see the picture and decide if this a 4 star hotel... I definitely do not think so. Btw the breakfast was tasteless.

I want to put zero star. stayed last weekend. they promised one price, but later asked for more money.... staffs need to be trained...not professional in customer management.... a lady from reception was forcing me over phone to repeat with her that i am clearly understanding that i have to pay more. it was an awkward experience..... later i realized that they hide information...... breakfast was not up to the mark......restaurant service is poor.... i requested room service for extra water.... they said on my face : you have to pay. i smiled and replied..... i did not say i will not pay...... however....that water did not reach my room within next two days. room is very small....couple room looks like single, so is the bed. being frustrated, i was checking few other places, and realized that i made a great mistake to spend my weekend staying there. there are plenty of other places at sylhet for better hotel experience with smile and positive attitude. Avoid this one nirvana please........

Average.The toilets are not so Bangli so you might find it difficult for you day to day work such as washing your feets and arms etc.No wifi. You have to come down to the ground floor for the password. Its embarrassing.

Properly hygiene maintained. Size of room was good enough. Swimming pool was big but not heated. Have complimentary buffet breakfast with reasonable ammount of items. Liked the breakfast specially the chowmien and chicken curry.

Good place for any programme/meeting. Decent interior, large parking lot and a swimming pool. One can stay in the hotel as well. Very well decorated and well maintained.

Two star service from a two star hotel. A few observations:1. Food quality isnt that good. More importantly, the restaurant is so unclean. Significant stains are visible all over the floor.2. The service level is close to non-existent. They dont clean the rooms unless specifically mentioned. Heck, they dont even clean the rooms after 4pm.3. Room service is extremely poor. They take 1.5-2 hours to process the orders, and almost always mix them up.4. The pool hasnt been cleaned for months and months.5. They dont provide extra pillows or towels with the excuse that shobai to chay, kemney dibo? (If everyone asks for them, how can we give them to everyone?)6. We found the water heater (electric kettle) half filled with stale water.7. One of the TV remotes dont work. They didnt change the batteries even after informing them multiple times.8. The geyser empties within 15 minutes of showering.Positives:- Value for money, if you are looking for cheaper options to stay- You can always dine in other restaurants nearby- The hotel has ATMs in close proximity, which is always a positive- The rooms are quite spacious. The views are kinda okay
