Good hotel with quality stuff...

The Hotel was fine from the outside but,the room we booked was completely filled with dust and the bathroom was very dirty.

Very Good Hospitality. There Restaurant food was good. Mostly theyre service to Bangladesh Cricket Board.

Well with the cheap rent what can you expect? If youre paying less than its worth to stay in this hotel. Poor room management is the top concern. Didnt get the geyser working in winter. But the employees are nice behaved, cooperative. You must try the food there. The chief chef is very good. Must try sutki fish. Forget about having breakfast. Its rubbish.

The location is good for travellers, both for food & communication. Room is good. Stuffs behaviour is also good. Their complimentary breakfast is really good in quality. It will be better if they improve their room Cleanliness.

Its good and decent place to stay. Though over the years it has lost its elegance and good quality service, but still is a good place to stay for a night or two. The host and the staffs are friendly and supportive. Service is also excellent. Breakfast menu and quality has to improve. Overall, you will like it.

Nice hotel in Naiorpul Point, Sylhet City, with complementary breakfast. Automatic door lock with card, free WiFi, Transportation for local site seeing & all others service for tourist. In house restaurant for border. Overall quality is okay, staffs behavior is good.

Simply the best to arrange social parties. They always facilitate your desire with complete satisfaction.

The hotel was great and aslo the hotels food is good and delicious. You can aslo arrange marriage or function here. You can choose the hotels room low to high price.

The hotel has had a good reputation when there were not much options in Sylhet. However, there are lots of options now, been developed in last 10 years; Hotel Fortune Garden has become slightly old. Breakfast is not up to the mark, bathroom condition is not better either. Hope they will develop their service over time.

They are very cordial and room service is very good. Food is very tasty. Enjoyed the cultural program last night. Also they served buffet food at Bisnakandi which is exceptional. Rooms having window AC thats only drawback.

We booked there 2 double delux rooms. the rooms were too small to move. washrooms were also dirty and even they did not clean up the rooms in 2nd day. No laundry facilities though it was mentioned in there website. No balcony, so you have no way to dry your clothing. Overall, bad experience it was!

I stayed there last 4 days. Waiters behaviour wasn’t good and service quality was very bad. Their restaurants food price was too much high. Finally i say that my experience isn’t good after passed 4 days in this hotel.

It is a residential hotel with their own restaurant. Size of their rooms are very small but rent they ask for these rooms are completely high.

Waste of time and money. Some rooms have AC with noise of V12 engine and no remote as well! Toilet flush didnt work in my room. And worst service from restaurant waiters, they are rude and do not have any basic service skill. Food is good, but you can taste without staying here. Lastly, stay somewhere else if possible.

This hotel is good but on the back side of this hotel why the people are throwing the bottle😔😔

Nice 3 Star Hotel,their service was good..all stuff shows gentle attitude..and as we go for a survey , we were need a good and speedy Internet connection.. but most the time we got some problem with their WiFi connection..

We go all the time and its the best in town. Im from london and it keeps up with the standards. Very good.

Broken down and old hotel, terrible breakfast and they charge double the retail price for the ice cream which is too cold. Hotel didnt seem to be doing too well when I visited and they were keen to charge as much as possible for everything without actually doing anything. Wifi doesnt work either I tried to download a YouTube Video and it took an hour to download a 28 mb video.

Hated the room I stayed in. First, my brother had a very nice room, no doubt had a bigger and better room; more expensive. He was treated with loyalty and had room service even if it is complimentary breakfast. Only allowed downstairs. But, my service sucked. Bed bugs were everywhere. Big cockroaches, mosquitos, flies. No room should be like that. Customer service sucked.

Staffs behaviour is good.It takes time to serve food but their bangali dishes taste amazing.but their complimentary breakfast is terrific!!(p.s: room no 308 has some super natural things going on.its better to avoid staying alone in that room).

Pathetic hotel which cheated us badly. We two families booked two family rooms but they provided family rooms with one double and one single bed. No welcome drink, no morning tea or stuff to prepare tea in the rooms. i asked for electric kettle to boil water for my 9 months old kid but they did not provide. We stayed for two days but they did not replace the stuff in the room which should be changed. they provide breakfast buffet but only one piece of each item. room cupboards cannot close and those are about to fall. Electric plug points are loose connection. AC not working properly and those old AC which does not have remote. In the mid night they switch off power and once power returned AC not switching on automatically. Finally they cheated my bill also. I had paid 1000 Tk for down payment, but they did not deduct it from the final bill and i also forgot to take it back since i was so shocked about this so call three star hotel. I have never seen such a PATHETIC HOTEL and i dont know how they got THREE STAR level.

Some times i was seen here too much bagh(car poka) on non AC room.Last day i was suffered AC problem and bad smale like as Furniture polisher.

It is situated in the north side of jail road and a very close to Zinda Bazar. I have attended a conference in this hotel. Well furnished and security.
