Completely a fraud company. Product and service are equally bad. I have suffered a lot by purchasing a sofa from Delta Furniture, Mirabazar Branch, Sylhet. I ordered this set of sofa in December 2020, got the set in January 2021. The day I brought it to home I found one of its leg broken. I reported it to the branch, they took it for repair after a week. They have taken 1 month to send me back the sofa. In September 2021 I noticed fungus on the wooden part of the sofa and reported again to the branch. They took the set on 03 October 2021. This time I asked them to change the cover of the sofa too, initially they said it would cost 5-7 thousand to change, however after wasting 3 weeks they changed their word and said it would cost 45 thousand to change the cover and with foam 65 thousand. This is completely a stupidity. I am totally dissatisfied with their service and quality. I will never buy anything from Delta and would suggest not to buy any product from this company.
