Easy to navigate within car park and close proximity to World Square. Lifts are dated and can only fit one or two people.

Never ha a problem for parking here unless major events nearby which you need to plan for.Great location for Koreatown visits, close to many shops.Haven’t seen any weird people in the building but judging from the buildings character, it would attract some ferals at night; a lot of CCTV in the building though. The lifts are generally always broken and if they are working, it fits 6 people in it.

Good position. $12 weekend parking is good price. Good space for parks.

So disappointed, have found the staff to be really helpful, but arrived at the station at 1859, as I inserted the ticket the machine clicked over to 1900 and the charge went from $17 to $49 the parking is until 1900.

$12 for whole day at weekends is good. Hit and miss to find parking at times. Be smart about your belongings.

I use online booking for the city. This site makes it it suoer easy and quick to make a booking on the same day at the last minute for a cheaper price. It takes less than 30 seconds to do once you know how to use it and you get an sms, an email with your code. I arrive at the car park and I put in the code. In you go. Same as for departure. Fast, easy and comfortable. No fuss. No need to speak to anyone. All done via my phone.

This is my backup cheapest city parking option when my other favourite is full. It is a ramp style car park, and is a very convenient location if you are on the Central side of the city.

At $10 per hour. It takes a good 10 minutes or more to find a park, some times. As well as taking my time I am charged for the inconvenienceI have been disappointed, more than once, by its timing regimeThe first time I was charged $40 for 3hrs and 8 minutes even though I paid after returning to the car and driving down 6 floors (Each level has a mezzanine). The Second time I was there for 1 hour and 52 minutes. By the time Id got to the car took off my jacket and drove down the several levels, the machine wanted $30I do voluntary work, at my own expense, with people who need emotional and communicative support at the Downing Centre Courts. I often have to pick them up and bring them to court. This parking centre is very convenient but if wereEXPECTED TO PAY TODAYS PRICES,we should getTODAYS TECHNOLOGYWHICH CHARGES FOR REAL TIME PARKING AND CAN TELL WHEN YOURE TRYING TO GET IN AND OUT.

We got robbed while at this car park and the staff were so rude to us and didn’t help at all. The surveillance camera was conveniently not working...A very scarring experience. Strange how there are signs all over the car park about a car that sped out without paying, god forbid you guys lose $12 but when we lose $3000 we receive no help or courtesy. Very sad and disappointing

Da
Review №14

Dont get there at 4:59 like I did.... the sign READS as though you pay for every 30 minute slot until after 5pm. So on how the sign reads it would be $5 for the first 30 minutes and then it would slip into the after 5pm rate ($10). TOTAL = $15. But I just got stung $49. Not sure how they come to $49 when its $5 per 30 minutes. That math doesnt add up. READ ALL THE FINE PRINT BEFORE ENTERING!!!

15 mins before 5pm and charged day rate from 5pm to 9pm. The 3rd World staff on help call were rude and said too bad. Damn Sydney Council owns this carpark, Clover Moore fire Secure Parking they are ripping off everyone. Reviews reflect that!

Da
Review №16

This is a great location. The staff appears to be over worked or lost the passion. It is not their fault that my evening event in the city had a last minute change of location and I no longer required parking. I came back within 25 minutes. I asked for a compassionate or goodwill waiver of the fee and not really expecting anything in return. The staff proceeded to argue with me. I said, “ it is ok if you do not have a goodwill policy”. He just kept arguing, “it is never our fault...”. He really needs a holiday. It was really sad to take out on customers. I was not the only one and I saw another customer getting his passive anger issues.

I parked him from sunday to wed_ always at the same time after 5pm.on the last night, thursday, they charged me $49 when the flat rate is $10 after 5. they wouldnt let me spit the ticket out to check the time and they refused to talk to me. they just wanted to full $49... SO DISAPPOINTING

Good weekend parking, cant beat that $12 flat rate but spaces are limited and sometimes you have to wait for the spaces to become available

Yi
Review №21

Wow ridiculous... Remember not to enter before 5pm even for 1 minute earlier otherwise they will not charge you the flat night rate. Instead, charge you at daytime rate for all the parking time. It is Ok to pay for $49 to take a lesson.

Good value, as long as the lifts are working, especially the Arrive after 9am; leave after 3pm; $17. Take the free bus in Elizabeth Street to further into the city.

Review №25

Great price for after hours and weekends, but its confusing on how to get back to the upper levels from the Campbell Street side of the carpark! You can walk out from the secret door but you cant get back in from there!A little scary to walk around to find the car with the split level design for people who have no sense of direction like myself...

Be very careful with rooftop parking; I checked my bank statement and was charged $49 instead of $17. I have ONLY ever parked on the rooftop in this place. It will be interesting to see how they handle the overcharge...I was talking to someone when I paid so I didnt check the screen and didnt get a receipt.

A good carpark for early bird parking, good for the southern part of the Sydney, central business District. Opposite the Downing Centre court complex. Parking across all of the Sydney CBD is very expensive.

Review №29

I don’t really want to review this as I don’t want the secret out about one of the best parking spaces in the city, with low rates all day sat and sun. I’ve used this carpark over 50 times and usually found a park in the lower levels and have never had a problem with the car there. Also it’s I’ve left it overnight a few times and the rate was still ok.

The machine charged me more than the amount payable and it’s been almost a year but I am still waiting for my refund. Pathetic customer service at the counter as well. No one really wants to know about your issues. They keep telling me to contact their accounts team via email and I keep doing exactly as told but unfortunately no resolution as yet.
