Udichi is the last house built for Rabindranath Tagore. He felt claustrophobic, he said, and wanted a room to be constructed on four pillars. However, changes were gradually made according to the owners needs. He took poetry classes on the ground floor. Photographed at the Visva-Bharati, Santiniketan.

Udichi (Sejunuti) Then the house called Sejunuti was created. But the house is located east, Rabindranath changed the name of this house to new Udichi. This new house was built on a few pillars. The tallest house in the tomb was the only one house in the house. He built this house for viewing the open sky. There were all kinds of living facilities in this room. Because of that, he did not have to go upstairs by stepping up. Rabindranath used to go downstairs to walk but he had a lot of trouble getting up. For this reason, the following pillars were surrounded by a house. From then on, Rabindranath never used to live below him.
